Group Training (2-4 people) (4) 60 min sessions: $90.00 - You will have 45 consecutive days to complete all (4) training sessions or they will expire.

Some of the equipment(s) you will use during training: Indoor biking (cycle), Step boards, Bosu balls, Weight bars, Resistance bands, boxing, trampolines, Kettle bells, etc...
EXERCISES CONSIST OF YOU USING YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT. EQUIPMENT IS LIMITED WITH THE EXCEPTION OF INDOOR CYCLING BIKES..
