The office opened on time. The staff was professional and completed their exams and diagnosis in a timely manner. In and out without waste of time. People are sick and want to get the best care in the least amount of time. I didn’t come to play around but because I was not feeling well. Great job all around.
Checking in before I got there made thus process quick and easy. I was only in office maybe 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and made sure to keep in mind my specific needs for medication. Hope I don't return often but if I do have to go to the Dr, it will be here!
To be honest, I'm from outer state and my insurance did not get covered. So I did have to pay upfront. And I'm absolutely glad I did the nurse Practitioner was amazing, she Understood the financial problems and was able to prescribe me. The right medications make me feel better without it. Costing me any more money and my experience. There was very quick in out, people were very pleasant. And honestly, I would totally recommend them.
Exceptional experience from start to finish. I was a walk-in and was welcomed and given instructions to sign in. The first medical professional I saw was Kelsey. She was friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease. Then I saw Dr. Linda and a repore was established from the start. I felt heard and understood and was not rushed. I highly recommend and will be back. True professionals who give excellent care.
The wait was quite long. But I will say it was worth the wait the people here are great was welcomed with a warm smile ,very friendly and polite and they care about the patients!! Nice clean building and patient rooms. They do also have an online app where you can check in ahead of time so no waiting in the waiting room. Would definitely recommend!!!
The office was very clean and the staff was very attentive and helpful. The wait was not long because I made a reservation online beforehand and it told me what time to come and how many people were ahead of me. Strongly recommend doing that to avoid long wait times. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.
1st time here, very please with the patient service from the start. Veryone was very kind & attentive. My wait time was very brief, but they weren't busy either. I'm definitely recommending and [hope I don't have to anytime soon] coming back to this Urgent Care facility if need be.
I went today for a UTI. I was greeted as I entered. I had pre-checked in, so all I needed to do was sign in that I was there. I was quickly called to the desk for my info. A very short wait later, a nurse came for me and immediately sent me for a sample so that I didn’t have to wait. When the results were back, Ms. Linda the NP came in to discuss my results, plan of care, and prescriptions. Everyone there was so nice, professional, and courteous. I am very appreciative for this clinic for my immediate minor medical needs.
I love the system where you can see where you are in line and show up when the clinic is ready for you. All personnel were professional and very competent. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
This place is outstanding. I would most definitely prefer you to go here. Front desk clerk, nurses and doctors all make you feel comfortable and very respectful also very professional. I can really tell they love their job here. They take good care of anyone walk through their door. They get you in fast. Timely manner and they also understanding and will listen to everything. Go here you want regret it
