Great to work with. Called them about a quote for a replacement windshield, and they were less than half the price of companies that were recommended to me by my insurer and acquaintances. Furthermore, the replacement was done 2 days after my original call whereas anyone else was 1.5+ weeks out at least. Apparently my car's windshield has a potential need to have sensors recalibrated which others wanted to charge me for whether it needed to be done or not, and Hixson Auto Glass told me that they probably wouldn't need to do that, nor could they if it was needed. My windshield on my Ford Escape delaminated. Weird but it happens. Reasonable price and love the private ma and pa shop. New windshield was very professionally done and under 450.00 and market price is over 700.00. Definitely recommend them as well as Gudel's auto repair for other repair.
Larry and Cathy are great people. Was quoted by Bob and it was for the wrong Kia. Cathy explained it and got my windshield and was in and out in 2hr 45 minutes . It was rainy day . Great people . They offered to get me lunch I declined politely. Awesome experience.
This company doesn't need to be in business. The work was done nice and fast. No problem there. But a year later we get a call from them making threats. We called our insurance right away and got it handled. Our insurance called them. Now it has been a month since that incident and we have received another call making threats again. So we called our insurance again. I am on the verge of taking this to court. They have been rude with the guy yelling stuff in the background. Whatever you do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.!!! It's not worth the trouble. Grief

Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday for service Friday due to excessive wind noise they did not install this windshield, had a very pleasant conversation with the guy on the phone. I drove 30 minutes there only to be told they don’t perform that service. One man claimed to have inspected the windshield trim, not sure how he did when half of it was under tape and the tape was not disturbed. Long story short, they talk a great game one the phone, but did not come through. They may do a great job installing windshields, but didn’t at all do was talked about. Very disappointing.
Great independent local shop. Work done quickly even though it was a custom cut job for a 1964 jeep. Other chain shops said they couldn't do the job.
Excellent. Instead of trying to talk me into repairing a small ding on my windshield, the owner explained why I didn't need to repair something that small. I very much appreciate his honesty.
My rear view mirror fell off of the windshield on Saturday, due to the Heat. They reglued it and fixed it for me and did not charge me at all. They were very courteous and I would recommend it to anyone.
