The Village of Glendale Heights Aquatic Center welcomes Village residents and area non-residents to visit the pool. The facility boasts two three-story water slides, a dive well with 1 and 3 meter boards, FlowRider (surf simulator), zero-depth beach entry, tot spray pond, and 6-lane lap pool. The Parks and Recreation Department offers programs such as swim team, swim lessons, FlowRider lessons, and surf club in addition to open swim. The facility has rental options including a birthday party package and an exclusive evening rental.

The highlight of GH2O is the FlowRider surf simulator. The good: Clean, reasonably priced, not too crowded, and good rides. The bad: The website is horribly designed, hours are not clear, there's several phone numbers listed that nobody answers, signs say no outside food/drinks yet all they sell is candy and soda out of two vending machined which was broken.. horrible policy!
Unfortunately it was a very windy, cool day. The kids were in the water all day! I just wanted to relax and solar energize. It was mostly cloudy. Next visit it will be a sunny day!!
This is a great place to visit! It is open to both residents and non-residents of Glendale Heights, the fee for non-residents are higher than those of residents. The faucility offers a lot for both children and adults, the fee includes children area, 12' diving pool, wave Rider, main pool, play area and volleyball court. The downside is that the play area and volleyball court has , so be careful! But overall this is well worth the fee. If not for the would be a five star location.
Very accommodating for my special needs daughter! They let us bring her special equipment in and have a zero depth entrance to the pool! We had a great time!
Great pool. Adult swim each hour on the :45. No concession stand this year. Only vending machines.
The only flowrider outside of Sixflags in the state if Illinois
My family really enjoys this place my son loves the slides it’s a nice clean place , The lifeguards are really good with The kids they interact which I really like
I will say it’s fairly clean and the staff is friendly, but the lack of shade and coverings is totally absurd. They basically have two umbrellas that maybe provide shade for 1/6 of the people. My advice is get more shade coverings
Small and not busy at all during the day. Was a great experience and wasn’t expensive at all. Will definitely be coming back here again in the future. Only live a couple blocks away too.
Small aquatic center. Has a 1 to 5 foot deep pool for open swim and a 12 to 13 foot deep pool for diving but not for open swim, which is kind of a bummer since I'm 5"10 . Overall it is a nice place to spend an afternoon and cool off. Staff is friendly enough and it doesn't get over crowded.
