Hard to top their selection and coupons. Last time I went, I made clear that I did not want to purchase anything made of leather for personal reasons. Instead of understanding/sympathizing/respecting/accommodating this, the salesman insisted I get something made of leather. I froze up at checkout and ended up leaving without buying anything. Even if someone has different values from you, the least you can do is respect them.
Shopping at Globe Shoes is always a pleasant experience, and my last visit to the store was no exception. We’re from NYC, and my mom and I make the trip to Jersey just to come to this store. It’s the only store that we can walk into knowing we’ll be able to walk out with a new pair of shoes that fits and is comfortable. We both have wide and flat feet, so the quality and comfort of the shoes Globe sells always meets our expectations. We also value the outstanding customer service. Every team member goes above and beyond to answer your questions and help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Julia helped us this time around, and she was a pleasure to shop with. We will continue making the trip to Globe forever! If you’re looking for a shoe store that ticks all your sizing, style and comfort boxes, this is the place for you.
I went in to look at a pair of Ugg’s and the staff was very helpful in finding my size and the colors I liked. It was a nice store with manny good brands.
They always have a good selection of Merrell shoes. Not only do they carry many sizes but also width shoes. I have been pleased here.
I don't know why I let the salesman talk me into getting a pair of shoes in beige instead of red? He claims that red is a winter color !

I'm grateful I found this place over twenty years ago now, and I've been excited to go get my new work boots or gym shoes or casual shoes, every time. Very good selection got a deal not bad
sales person was extremely helpful and patient.
I wear a 4E width depending on the shoe and it's not easy to come by a comfortably fitting boot. The staff here took their time, measured my foot which seems to be a dying trend, and found amazingly comfortable boots and shoes for me. My sales rep I unfortunately do not remember the gentleman's name took his time and took an optometrist-like approach to getting me into a comfortable pair of boots. I will absolutely be coming back to Globe Shoes.
I have very long, and wide, feet. Tito spent an hour with me, bringing out ten different styles of shoes. I bought a pair of black Mary Jane dress shoes; and a pair of black walking oxfords. Tito offered me cushion insoles, which he cut to fit, and then installed for me. I am delighted with this store.
