This is the premier Catholic store on Long Island. The competition does not come close. The selection is diverse and affordable. The staff is warm, family-oriented, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend to any person for any appropriate occasion.
I’ve known about GLY for some time as it is a staple within the Glen Cove community. What I didn’t know was that it has an ample inventory of boys communion suits. We could have gone anywhere as price wasn’t an issue but decided to check GLY when we were in the neighborhood. We ended up with a great suit, upgraded with a shirt/shoes from Nordstrom. Great customer service and a great suit at a reasonable price. Thank you!
I found the help to be friendly and interested in satisfying my needs. She spent time to ensure I chose the item I wanted. She even helped me with my new cell phone so I could share a picture of the item I was purchasing to someone who could help me verify the correct item.
Amazing store, with wonderful customer service. We came into the store in search of a communion dress. We found not only the dress, but so much more. The store is quaint and has an amazing selection. We were able to not only get the dress, but the remembrance cards, tiara, and our guests' religious gifts. So lucky to have found this gem!! in addition to all of this, the customer service was outstanding. Helpful, courteous staff available and ready to answer any questions and provide great customer service. Look no further, this is the place to go to!
Stumbled upon this store today while I was driving through Glen Cove. It’s a hidden gem. The store is exceptionally organized and has a variety of Catholic products, including some really good books that I wasn’t able to find at any other bookstores. Everything is clean and laid out so neatly. The owner is knowledgeable and personable, and brightened up my entire afternoon. Would absolutely recommend this store to everyone; even if you aren’t particularly religious, I think you will be able to appreciate it anyway.
Beautifully arranged store with everything for everyone if God's followers. Prices seemed reasonable for Glen Cove. Delightful staff courteous n attentive. Quick checkout which I love! Bought a beautiful large print bible for a great price. Recommend checking it out, even if to just browse.
Liz and Peter really are a blessing..I am so grateful to have met them and come across their lovely store. I highly recommend GLY for all your religious needs. Besides helping me choose the right gift, they were even so kind to go above and beyond to help me spiritually to help me heal and share a prayer. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness.
My wife & daughter went to the store today looking for a Communion dress but it was closed. They called the number posted & the owners came & opened the store within ten minutes. They were lovely & made my daughter feel very special during her private shopping experience. GLY had everything we needed all in one place.....the dress, the shoes, the tiara & veil, even the stockings & so much more. Thank you GLY for a great experience!

Thank God for GLY..I came in here for my religious needs, they have everything! one of a Kind items. I met Peter and Liz owners and Husband and Wife...and then Pastor Peter knew something wasn't right about my life ..well All I can say is Good sends his Angels in your time of Need. That was sept 2020. he has been my Spiritual Counselor and Good friend.. And God says " I help those who Help Themselves." Amen
