Friendly service and this store is never super busy! They helped me set up my new phone in about 20 minutes :

Fantastic helpful staff.  When you get there ask for Jamal he is exactly who you want helping you.    They didn’t have the phone I wanted and the manager went to another store and got the phone for me same day!  The staff crushed it.

Liliana was such a nice person to help me get my new iPhone 14 pro max!!

So I used to go here when it was the Sprint store and it would often take hours and sometimes I would get sent to another store if they didn’t have what I needed. Always something. But now T-Mobile bought out Sprint and the store switched over...and oh my god! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Everything was quick and painless. I upgraded from iPhone X to the 12 and it literally only took an hour and then they SAVED me money. That Jose man, he’s wonderful, attentive, and knowledgeable. Come to this T-Mobile! No long lines and friendly staff. I felt safe with social distancing and they wiped down the phones before you touched them. 13/10 would recommend.

THIS is the BETTER of the two T-Mobile stores in Glen Cove. When you go here ask for Marcin!!!! He will help in every way possible AND really makes sure you understand EVERYTHING before leaving the store!!!

I had problems with my phone it was working and than randomly turned off. I immediately went to the store and was helped Lynnita she was so sweet, patient and helpful!! I even upgraded my phone! When you go in the store it is very welcoming and everyone says hello and makes you feel so welcomed! They helped me with everything and the store manager Janiri was so helpful as well and so sweet!! Everyone should go to this t-mobile store

In addition to being quickly and expertly assisted, Jose and Janiri were welcoming and friendly. I feel very grateful to have a Corporate store so conveniently located and so expertly and professionally managed!

I went to switch my service and Ira Solomon assisted me through the entire process with a friendly yet professional attitude, explained every step of the way and  answered all questions and concerns. 100% satisfied with the professionalism and customer service of the staff.
