Amazing boutique, can’t wait to come here for my Bailey’s award winning CBD treats! They work so well for my pup and all the local doggies!
My company Trellus has had the pleasure with working with the lovely folks behind The Pet Store Next Door for the last 2 years and I couldn't recommend them more! When it comes to shopping local the Pet Store Next Door is the one to support! The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all questions and offering great advice on how to care for your pets. The store is well-organized and has a wide variety of products for all kinds of pets. Overall, I highly recommend this pet shop to anyone looking for a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable pet store in the area.
The owner Jamie has the absolutely best taste ever for pet decor. Its worth a trip there just to shop for pet clothing. Very very smart indeed. The groomers are so good your pet will thank you....they even have a dog You must make time to visit this great pet boutique
Worst Customer Service. Completely unprofessional, I will never give them a penny again. My gf puppy loved the natural beef meatballs treats I had bought for my puppy so I went to have them ship a gift to her in Brooklyn. The older lady behind the counter said they would ship it and email me the shipping information. They NEVER emailed me the tracking and my girlfriend never received the gift. I called back letting them know and they blamed it on UPS and 1st was like your out of luck. I mentioned I never got the tracking they said I get a refund if I went back to the store. I live out of the state so she gave me a partial refund - I asked why she didn’t give me the full amount she said that was fair and I said that was terrible customer service and she then hung up on me. That’s a disgusting way to treat humans let alone customers. I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this store to anyone.
This was my first time visiting this store. We brought our Golden retriever Finn in for a long overdue cut. So happy with the results. Would definitely recommend them.
I've been bringing my dogs to be groomed at The Pet Store Next Door for a few years now, and I'm convinced that it deserves the highest recommendation possible. The staff is attentive, compassionate, skilled, and thoroughly dependable. Plus, the store is a feast for the eyes if you're shopping for a pet. Many thanks to all at The Pet Store Next Door!
Small but mighty. That's how I'd categorize this little gem of a pet shop. Very friendly staff. BEAUTIFUL merchandise, lots of choices in clothes, toys, food all accessories and necessities. Though I don't need this service for my Boston Terrier they do have a grooming facility right there.
Where should I begin? I brought my 4 pound maltese here to get groomed. This was probably one of the WORST decisions I have ever made. The groomers are clueless as to what they are doing AND they are EXTREMELY rough with the dogs. They hurt my dog so badly that they knocked her hip out of its socket and and a cervical spine injury-which us her neck. She has to have surgery both. Dr. Krasnoff owns the facility, the owner of Brookville Animal Hospital. He and his daughter refused to take liability for the incident. They do not have cameras to see what had gone on while my dog was being groomed, however, when I picked her up she could no longer walk at ALL! When I stood her up to walk after we came home, because she is so small that I carried her out of the store and they made like nothing was wrong. The minute I stood her up, she fell over sideways. I called them immediately and they played stupid, they had no idea what I was talking about. She was walking just fine before she got groomed! DR. KRASNOFF offered to have a specialist come in and do the surgery, under his care and out of his pocket-admittance to me that HE IS LIABLE!...NO THANKS! You can't even bathe my dog without ripping her hip out of its socket and breaking her neck! I have X-rays that were taken the following morning after she was groomed by one of DR. Krasnoff's associates, who said that normally he only sees this type of injury IN DOG'S THAT HAVE BEEN HIT BY A CAR. After I said I did not feel comfortable with him doing the surgery, he offered to PAY ME OFF AND SIGN PAPERS THAT HE WAS NOT LIABLE...AGAIN NO THANK YOU! I will taking him to court to pay for my dog's surgery which will take place at my regular vet with a special orthopedic surgeon, surgery on her c spine with a special neurologist and will cost over $15,000! DO NOT RISK YOUR DOG'S SAFETY! THEY ARE BELOW ONE STAR-IF ZERO WERE POSSIBLE-THAT'S WHAT I WOULD GIVE THEM!
They are friendly, helpful, can suit a variety of pet needs and are connected to a vet so you can fill prescription orders for food or medicine. ...and cute pet toys and outfits.
