Was OK, fine. I have been in another branch before, and some other golden corrals are more organized. At this location The food was fine but nothing special except the steak so delicious. I tried the Fish was normal and the taste was okay but not delicious. I tried the salad, and it was good. I tried some fruits, watermelon, and cantaloupe were delicious and sweet. The restroom needs to get a remodeling job. The drink cups are kind of old too much use needs to be changed for new cups. I asked about chicken soup they don't have it I'm not sure if other day they do.. Anyway, all the other food was fine. The service was good one thing about the service after you get your tablet. the service lady will look at your receipt deeply I'm good.
Before I got the salad Simply never get disappointed Neve felt uncomfortable dealing with the customer service in 5y customer experience The food is really good, fresh, and clean. The salad bar is my favorite The manager really knows how to make customers comfortable so they come back. I hadn't been to this Golden Corral in years. What a nice surprise to find it clean. The floors were spotless, the food stations were clean and it was a pleasant experience. Also, our wait person kept the dirty plates picked up and kept our cups filled with soda. I will definitely go back in the near future!
Golden Corral was the day of nostalgia. My friends and I went to eat and they ate so much, they were upset, full as heck and complained about everything. They were sleepy after eating 3 plates each. SMH!! Paula and Frances had a good ole time. In the photos, Frances got mad because the photo showed her 3rd plate in front of her. Enjoy your selfs when you go.
Although the food selection was great, this particular location was gross hygienically speaking. There was what appeared to be mold around some food trays, the floor had similar spots of mold and fallen food that had not been swept up. There were places where you could see that sauce from a particular dish had spilled and was dripping down, and it was just left there to dry in!!! Needless to say, I had the creeps. Again, selection wise, this place did great but cleanliness, NO WAY!
We visited again when we were in Sacramento for football! Other families joined us & agreed about the greatness we told them about. The waiter was good, kind & attentive so we all tipped. The kids 7 of them ate til full & of course got desert. This is an update of last 2021 year's post. We love Golden Corral! Child1 C1 actually spotted it from McDonald's when we went to breakfast in Sacramento, CA. After C1s football game, we went to the largest Golden Corral we have ever seen! The food was delicious with more choices than we are use to seeing. The waiter's service was bad because we only seen him once & he didn't come to refill any drinks. Also another worker took my husband's spot when he was backing into it. So they need to make sure those folks represent the restaurant. Overall, we were in awe of the size & new choices. Next time we in Sacramento, we will visit this Golden Corral again!
I love Golden Corral in most places. This one in Sacramento is just... okay. Nothing spectacular about it. Anything you expect at a buffet is happening here. The food at least presented clean. The staff behind the counter wasn't really attentive, there was a wait for them to cut meat even though no one was in line. Our server JUAN was amazing and sweet. I give JUAN 100 stars. We came with a big group who ended up singing and celebrating a birthday party. We sung so much we ended up being told to stop. We understood. Most people were friendly other guest. Oh and the manager on site was a hottie and super friendly. I appreciate his attentiveness. The staff who process payments at the door were friendly. Other than that the restaurant and food was unfortunately mediocre. It's been a while since I've been to a buffet so it could be that. I was mainly sad beer battered fish ended up being chicken. The fried catfish was too soft, the shrimp looked scary, the cabbage made me sad. So all in all I ate mac n cheese, corn and the bourbon chicken. I give the restaurant 3 stars but the manager and JUAN got 100 stars for being awesome.
The server never came around to fill drinks or anything she didn't even pre bus like she should have. The food was great as always. I love that place.Food: 5/5
Good food. Our server was attentive. Kept our drinks full and table clean.
