I am very indignant, it is not possible for them to make fun of people, first wait 20 minutes. to be served because the store was closed, they only serve through drivethru. 2nd. I ordered Chicken Strips first 12 pieces because the real price is like hidden, it says chicken or chicken strips. but in reality the price is different, anyway, I then ordered 5 chicken strips for 14.99, and they said that that did not exist, anyway the lady who served me today, Saturday, September 23, at 2.46pm, very kind, found the combo at their register the 14.99 package that I ordered, he told me it was a combo, so I asked him to give it to me, and he gave me the soda, when I asked for the price it went up to almost $20, so again I asked them only for the strips, and I added a large salad and a large mashed potato, and it was $30.14 when I received my receipt it said it included biscuits, fries, and soda. We waited outside for 15 minutes. and they gave me only what was in the photo! I think it's a big joke! and I want my money back! Please! What's wrong with them? because they don't put prepared people who know their menu! And besides, they are selling as if it were a delicatessen, and they don't give the order correctly? There's my receipt! Don't go there, last time the salad was spoiled, I live far away, but this Monday I want to see the manager or the owner and I want my money back I ordered 5 tenderS and they gave me 2 pieces smaller than a Mac nugget!! WHAT A JOB AND WHAT THEFT!! No pedí Piezas de pollo!!
Oh my goodness, it's absolutely horrifying! I just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo, and the food is ice-cold with a texture as hard as a rock. There's not even any chicken in the chicken sandwich, it's all just powder. You guys really need to step up your game and improve the quality of your food.Food: 1/5

The traditional 11 herbs and spices comes premixed with the flour. This mix is being stolen or very least heavily cut with regular flour. What I got today was just normal fried chicken. Virtually flavorless.Food: 1/5
Ordered drumsticks... got all the way back to my office, opened the box... not a drumstick to be found, not to mention they crammed the lid shut and pretty much flattened the biscuit. #NeverAgain #AttentionToDetail #DriveThruFail
As usual they did not have my pot pie's ready. Pre ordered it 1 hr and 15 minutes before scheduled pickup. And they did not have any ready. Manager told me they are popular and I said we'll mine was pre-ordered so why did you sell mine to somebody else. All she could say do you want cancel your order? I really hate this particular KFC. Plus all doors locked and could not even go in to pick up my pre paid order

The only thing is that they can't seem to get it right when you order original it has crispy that is the only thing I have to say
I waited 40 minutes for my order to find out it was the incorrect order! I asked for hot sauce, spoons, and forks but received none. I order Mac n cheese and received Cole slaw instead! I order legs and thighs but received a mix pack. Very disappointing with the quality and the service. I highly recommend people to avoid this KFC at all cost. If you don't believe me please try for yourself.
