Golden Days provides support and care, emphasizing the strengths of each individual so they may achieve their personal goals and maintain independence.
Golden Days Adult Day Health Care serves adults ages 21 and over, helping to keep our loved ones in the community by providing skilled nursing, medical supervision, and socialization day services. We are open Monday through Friday from 7-4.
Our exemplary staff will provide nutritionally balanced meals, bathing and toileting assistance, diabetes and chronic illness management, medication management, wound care treatments, secure supervision for members with dementia or TBI, recreational and social activities, and community outings.
Members may also receive additional services on site including: Physical/Occupational/Speech therapy, lab work and blood draws, Mental Health counseling, durable medical equipment fitting, and beauty shop services.
Door to door transportation is available.
