Worst service in my life. Took my ring for resizing, they lost one of the diamonds, got the size wrong, didn’t have it ready on time and the salesman was incredibly nasty and rude to me the FIVE times I had to go there. Will never comeback and advise everyone not to as well.

A+ He is fabulously creative. If you can change up your jewelry or stones with him, he makes a fabulous piece of jewelry for you. He’s a real artist. He’s done that work for me and I have been completely thrilled with the result.

I went In to have a bracelet fixed, they did a good job, but I probably should have gotten another quote since it was about $90 to fix a broken link on some costume jewelry. do your due diligence first.

My fiance is notoriously picky, and after working with Irwin I was able to get a ring she loves and received compliments on frequently! 100% recommend great prices and Irwin always looks out for what is best for you!
