We came in to buy my 9 year old twins 14K gold earrings since they have newly pierced ears that are quite sensitive. We were helped by Jo Paynter, the Assistant Manager in the Bethesda location. We had a great experience purchasing a new diamond ring for my wife. We've been married for 28 years and I wanted a special Christmas gift for her this year. We worked with Jo...she was great...very knowledgeable & personable...she was able to find a beautiful stone of better quality and a lower price than another we were considering from a different jeweler...we had shopped a lot including on-line jewelers so we were fairly familiar with quality and pricing. I was really impressed by the price & selection of the certified diamonds...Jo was also very helpful and patient with my wife as she selected the perfect mount and band to compliment the ring. The rings were sized perfectly and ready as scheduled even during the busy days before Christmas. The rings look amazing.

We went back to get our Wedding band there as well with the assistance from Joy, she was kind and professional. I had a wonderful experience working with Rob!!!! He was patient, thoughtful, and helped my partner and I find rings we were happy with. He suggested rings outside of the ones I was interested in, which ended up being the right move. I was also very happy with the price of my rings, I ended up spending less than half of my max price.

We returned after 18 years to reset my wedding ring & had an amazing experience. Laurene was extremely knowledgeable, listened, anticipated our needs and offered perfect suggestions.
