Goorin Bros.

Great location and is the norm for "Goorin Bros. Hat Shop", a very knowledeable staff. "Goorin Bros." is a cool Haberdashery, founded in ever chic Victorian Era, and still very <<au courant>> in fashion. Attached a couple photos of good finds in Austin.

This store is cool has nice hats, helpful and friendly staff. Only one thing I think that a hat box should be offered with every hat purchase. We had to ask for one. Other than that it’s a great store. I’d go back.

Horrible experience. Stopped in 3 different times within two weeks and each time the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They were basically just hanging out behind the front desk and never bothered to come out from behind there and offer help to anyone in the store. Anytime I asked a question they just shrugged their shoulders or pointed to a place in the store. If you’re looking for good customer service experience, this is not the place. I spent over $350 here which was a present for my dad and the staff also told me the wrong info so when my father went in to get the hat fitted and steamed to his liking, they wouldn’t do it. The hats are nice but I will not support this business. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Sad south congress has gotten this way. - A very disappointed Austinite.

Seriously cool hats! Well made and lots of styles. They'll shape and fit to fit you perfectly. They also travel well. We love Shelley although everybody was great. Lots of celebrities including Lady Gaga and RHCP singer wear this brand extra credibility.

Very fragile hat for $200. Treated it well, brought it into steamy shower rooms as instructed, but the plastic of the banding slid out almost 2 inches after a few months the first time I went in and is unrepairable. After three times going into the store and leaving my email address for somebody to contact me about the issues I was having with the hat, no one ever got back to me, although each time, I was assured someone would. I went in there for the fourth time today, and even though they had mentioned giving me a 50% discount on a new hat the last time I went in, this time they just said there was nothing they could do. Very frustrated with this company and the low quality of this hat.

We walked in wanting hats but were uncertain what to choose. One of the saleswoman helped us out immensely. Without her- we probably wouldn’t have bought hats. But she pointed out ones that specially worked for us, were in our price range and helped us with customizing them! It was a great experience and we will definitely be back! We wish we had caught her name- but for whoever worked 11/7 around 5pm- you were amazing, thank you!!

20 min of driving and 30min to find parking just to find out they are closed to “keep their staff safe”. It’s not even raining outside anymore, seems accessible to close the store for entire day on Saturday because of a thunderstorm in the morning. At least let people know on Google

Great shopping experience yesterday with Angie! She helped me select the perfect hat for a gift and we customize it with a different color band for the perfect style. Since I didn’t know where to start, she asked for a photo to determine the best shape and size of the hat based on his face shape/hair etc. Loved that. I know we knocked it out of the park and I don’t think I could have done it without her. Thanks Angie and GB!

This Goorin is a great hat shop to visit in person! My husband and I were visiting, and I wanted to treat him to a couple of hats for his birthday. They made us feel at home and Terence helped us personalize our hats as well as the experience. Terence taught us about the style of hat, perks of purchasing from Goorin, and ensured we had what we needed.

This high-quality hat shop threw a concert in the middle of the store. It was part of SXSW festival that was going on in the city of Austin. The hats and the customer service are of highest quality. The displays eye catching which adds to the overall funess of the store. Take a visit!
