The whole staff is friendly, polite and professional but most of all welcoming! Dr. Wolfe sits on the floor and plays with my pups, putting them at ease before giving a very thorough exam. I would highly recommend as their first priority is your pet and their well being!
I have been bringing all of my pets to Granada Animal Hospital for several years now. I would not consider going anywhere else! Dr. Wolfe and Zoe truly do treat you like family. I cannot recommend this place enough.
I only gave a 3 stars because Jae passed away after his neutering surgery and no doctors could tell me why he could not walk properly and was bleeding after his surgery unless I paid more than $3000 for just the MRI if I had it I would'vedone it, but money is not easy to gain for everyone. Keep in mind that my cat perfectly passed his full exam 1 month before and another physical tes and urine test just 5 days before the surgery. Therefore, I am giving 3 stars, meaning I am neutral when it come to their performance, because I don't know what was the cause of his death. But I hope every everyone who brings their pet to a vet brings it home safely because it is painful to loose your best friend.
We had a great first visit! We have tried very hard to find a good vet since moving to Florida and I can honestly say everyone at this practice is so welcoming. Not only did they make us feel at home they are knowledgeable! I am so happy with the care we received
Scariest time for us with one of our babies. Dr. Whalen has been incredible, as have the staff. From our boys first visit, to his surgery date, was only 5 days. This morning, we had his Post Op visit and again, nothing but the best care from Dr. Whalen and the vet techs. We are grateful to have found Granada Animal Hospital.
I receive a phone call today while I am working telling me that I owe $162 for medicine for my dog. We have already been there twice with many estimates sent to us for things that needed to be done. Blood work, dental appointments and cleanings, etc. I get a call from Doris asking me to call her back and this makes me assume they have found something wrong with my pup that maybe hadn’t come up previously. No, it’s them calling saying they had a communication issue about an invoice that I now “owe” for her medication. First of all, that medication pricing was never disclosed to us and was also told to us that we would have a sample to start her on, not 6 months. It’s her heart worm and tick medication. If they would have told me about the pricing, I would have told them that we would have gone a different route for medication. That pricing is outrageous when there are other avenues to get medication, especially since she is has insurance. Second of all, I’m being told that I should have gotten an estimate. Why would I call for an estimate when I have you all calling me saying that there is medication we can get her on to try. Not the whole dang 6 months and most definitely not for a price that was NEVER discussed. This type of action is shady and manipulative to slide in a bill that their “client” had no idea of being charged. I also paid $192 her last visit, which is the same day we were ,supposedly, supposed to pay $162 on top of that for her medication. Ummmm no. I literally had a regular doctors appointment for her, paid $192 for her visit and now you want another $162 for some shady nonsense. I don’t think so! Shady as all get out and will NOT be taken any of my animals to them. I highly recommend going elsewhere! Response from the owner: Ms. Jones, thank you for your patronage and we apologize for any miscommunication on our part. Our records indicated that you had an outstanding invoice for a product that you received at your last appointment. We called you while we were clearing up the outstanding invoices in our system. Please be advised that our intention was not shady in nature but rather to collect payment on a product that you received without having paid for it. Please see the message above that in NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM WAS I NOTIFIED THAT ANY OF THE COST WAS EVEN MADE KNOWN TO ME!!! POINT BLANK SAYS THAT THE MEDICATION WAS A SAMPLE AKA FREE!!!! MAYBE SPEAK TO YOUR VET TECH WHO MADE THE CALL TO “FILL” the prescription that they need to make any cost aware to client. SO YES! Shady! A way to “sneak” in an invoice to cause more headache and turmoil on the client. Do better!
Dr Wolf and the team are the best in the business! I highly recommend Granada Animal Hospital
