I have worked at this Place for 3 years. I could not trust one person in the Corporate Administration. I have been discriminated against at the Ormond Beach Branch on many occasions. I informed corporate about it and nothing was done. Cara my Boss was very nice nasty. Corporate favored people that kissed up to them. She was not a people person. I even told Corporate HR Melanie and she swept it under the rug. She stated u can trust her when she came aboard Signature but u cannot. Nothing is Confidential at this Company when u go to managent. They sweep everything under the rug and talk amongst each other, even tell your co workers all your business. The owner Mark Wortley may not know everything that goes on with his company but if he does he has all the wrong employees working for him.
