Clean, obviously new furniture overall. Immaculate bathrooms Krueger coffee and front office staff is very courteous and professional. In and out less than 30 minutes. Left with prescriptions for diagnosis of head cold. Would have been 5 stars if: 1 Because there was no introduction, I assumed he was the doctor.  Blank face person in white lab coat asked the same exact questions that I just answered for the nurse. Took couple deep breathes for robot to listen to one lung on each side of my back which was enough to ascertain, based on the symptoms and negative swabs that it was just a simple head cold; which quite frankly could have been done with an actual robot in which case at that rules out human error. 2 nurse was equally emotionless, only elevated the degree of indifference by not making eye contact. The entire interaction from start to finish was focused on the computer. 3 so basically saw nurse? twice; at the beginning which I’m not quite sure they can do observational assent without looking at me and at the end when she handed me discharge papers to sign. Me: “I guess  I’m done?” Nurse : “yes doctor is done with you” 3 saw doctor only once when he asked the same thing the nurse did 4 I’ve never had an experience where a doctor comes back and tell you the conclusion of your visit even if it’s obvious. It’s just courteously 5 any 13 year old off the streets could full full the same role without credentials because really everything they did is googleable. 6 what you need when you are sick and not feeling well is compassion, encouragement, and mostly kindness which at its core was absent.
