Salesman was good guy. Just too long to wait on getting a mobile home. Saw a couple used ones was intetested in but both sold .Still on lot 2 mo later. Beautiful mobile homes on display and cheaper prices

My husband and I were practically scammed, as we were first home buyers. The finished product is not what we were promised, and the inside repairs after the home was moved from the lot to our land, took forever, and the time we were promised to move in, was a joke. We moved in several months after due date. The ad in the paper said with "every" new home purchase, they would include a 4-wheeler, well, we bought a brand new home, and were then told, that one didn't count because there was a discount on it. doesn't make sense, we didn't see the discount?! Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. J.W was our dealer, and he did not do hardly anything he said would happen.

Green acres is a great little community to live in with great management and staff. Great location, within walking distance to numerous shopping centers and restaurants and conveniently located within in minutes from Discovery Park of America and other attractions. This is a great place to live.

Very informative. Owner on as workforce also. Nice quality homes. Pricing was much lower when comparing same models. Would recommend even if it's a bit of a drive.

I'm having the same problems that I see others are having, months after due date still not near ready to move in and I know that there will be many repairs after I move in. I truly feel I'm being scammed, it's a shame that people don't take pride in there work or there companies anymore. They totally destroyed my land, went and looked at the home today after I was told on Friday that it was set and electric polls were put in and plumbing would be finished on Tuesday morning, and nothing was done the house was so unbalanced that it wobbled when we walked in it. I am so disappointed in Greenachers and J.W that for the first time in my life I'm thinking about the legality issues and maybe talking to someone that can help me.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Our parents are looking to possibly make the move cross country to Tennessee and they were wonderful!
