They refuse to fix issues. Mold grows around doors and windows. Been here since day 1 and I’ve watched this place go down hill! They worry more about mowing than taking care of important issues and God forbid you step on the precious pine straw that’s in the flower beds around the building. When I first moved in here I loved it. Me and my son were the very first residents out here but now…..I do not recommend you move here! Outside appearance is not everything trust me! I would give them zero stars if I could.
I call it home I love it it's comfortable security is awesome they open the swimming pool after 2 years because of covid looking forward to that this summer plus a little gym the little exercise room is open too I hope to get healthy and put on a little bit of healthy weight
Very clean professional looking. Nice parking lot. Doesn't seem to have a lot of riff Raff.
I loved the apartments they looked great but the lady in charge for rentals was such a racist when she found out I was not from the US she tried her best to ignore my emails, phone calls, and office visits till I got sick of it and found somewhere else!!

Cannot contact anyone to find out information on renting one of the apartments
Awesome apartments, and low energy cost, any maintenance needed, they are quick to fix.
