TWO FORMS OF PAYMENT:

1. Checks/Money order/Cashier’s check made payable to U.S. Department of State as follows:

U.S. Passport Book:

$110 for adults
$80 for minors (under 16)

U.S. Passport Card:

$30 for adults
$15 for minors (under 16)

U. S. Passport Book & Card:

$140 for adults
$95 for minors (under 16)

Extra Services:

$60 expedite fee (3 week turn around – Regular mail is 6 to 8 weeks turn around)
$15.45 overnight fee (From U.S. Dept. of State to your house)

2. Checks/cash/Debit card (w/3% surcharge) made payable to Greenville County as follows:

$25 processing fee
$15 passport photo
$23.95 overnight fee (to U.S. Dept. of State from Greenville County)

Copy Fees:

.25 for black and white copies per page
$1.00 for color copies per page
