We went hear after using another pool company whom never solved our problems but we payed over 600 in chemicals that they said would solve the issue. We finally went to Griffin with a water sample  they sold us aproduct for about $45 and we have not had a problem since. Thank you Griffin Pools. My next step would have been t o get rid of the pool

Purchased a above ground today. 18 by 34 oval. They sent a guy out for a on site evaluation which I had requested and eased my mind a bit because of some of my concerns. Nice and knowledgeable so far. Too early for a five star because nothing has happened yet but I will update as soon as it's installed. Probably a few weeks off.

I just want to say that I am a frequent customer of Griffin. The staff is always Professional and Polite and they treat everyone from what I can see like family. I have not been to any other pool store since I started shopping here. They will always be 5 star in my book.

I added a heater to my pool that was installed three years ago. I purchased both from Griffin Pools. The pool came out Excellent! However, when installing the heater I was told I needed to upgrade the wires to my pool panel and it was going to cost 1500 bucks. I just spent 8000 on the pool heater so I was not happy. What concerned me was the fact that I had a 100 amp pool panel box but wires that could only hold 50 amps so If I wanted to add anything to the panel box like for instance landscape lighting or some water feature or a pool heater....... I could not without upgrading the wires. I would have expected the Wiring to match the pool panel to allow me room to add as needed up to 100 amps. Now I have to find an electrician to install the correct wires to match the pool panel box before I can use this $8000 pool heater. I have lots of trees that block the sun so the water is always cold UGH!! Hopefully, I can find one that wont cost me 1500 bucks. ** Be sure when you're told you can add all these wonderful things to your pool panel box confirm that the wiring is installed to match the box** Even the folks who came to install the heater wondered why the heavier wire wasn't installed to begin with its only 3 years old!!!!

My wife and I took a monumental step of faith in purchasing a pool for our family. There were times when I questioned if it was the right decision. There were so many things to learn in what feels like so little time. I am forever grateful for the support that we have received since our pool has been installed. Robby Assemany has been a life saver for us. Anytime that we have had an issue, he's been there to walk us through it. If he doesn't answer when we call, he always calls back within 24 hours to see what we need. It feels so good to know that you haven't been left alone after all monies have been paid I've had that happen with other companies. We look forward to many years of family enjoyment with our new pool! I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

We called about our pool light being out and Brandon came out in just a couple of days. He had it fixed in no time. He was very courteous and professional, just an all around great guy. Thanks Brandon! Thanks Griffin!

The staff here is fantastic, always helpful, willing and able to answer questions! Excellent customer service goes a long way and they always have the supplies I need.

Supply chain issues... If you're wanting to see floor models it's hit and miss based on delivery schedules. But the staff do their best to show you what they have and describe the rest based on your questions. They are very willing to help. And if you're ready to purchase they are able to tell you the timeline of some of their models. This is great cause it allows you to plan for your install.

Very professional. Did a wonderful job on our pool. Hard working people. We had not 1 problem with them.

Their contractor Chris sucks.. I have been waiting over 9 months for him to put in my pool liner, I call and always get an excuse. It's always something, he didn't work today, it's too cold, and somebody's nose is sniffling. I don't know why I can't get it put in?? I paid for the pool and can't even use it!!! In a couple of more days and it will be 10 months.
