While I can confirm the sales process is better than any other company I received quotes from, the customer service ends there. You can tell the difference before and after the company changed ownership; just read the reviews and take notice of the dates. I built my pool with my new home and this company caused me to be homeless for three weeks. I was clear up front that we had to be done by 12/31. The pool was just released the first week of February. And the picture below is what it was released to us as. It’s still green but getting better now that we are cleaning out the filter daily because there was so much sand in it from a pipe break they had to fix. We now have to hire a maintenance company to help clear it up. This was on top of the skimmer breaking first. The bright spot was Dianne, my contact through the process, who was quick to respond to me. The owner told her several times he would call me but I only received one call in December none in Jan or Feb and he was very rude and sarcastic. This company no longer stands for the quality and service it used to. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We highly recommend Griffin. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Everything we have dreamed our outdoor space to look like came true. We truly live it. Thankyou we will be making lots of memories with family and friends.

Our Griffin pool and spa turned out absolutely beautiful! We had some issues with our home builder that affected the pool construction, and Griffin went out of their way to make things right for us when our home builder wouldn't. It means a lot that Griffin cares about their customers. We will surely enjoy our lovely pool for many years, and are glad to know they stand by their work and honor those that choose their business!

Love our new pool! We got quotes from 4 different companies and listened to word of mouth and reviews from countless people and finally decided to go with Griffin Pools. Andy was easily reachable by email and very attentive to our needs and always kept me informed on what was going on and scheduling. The experience was great and only wish I had asked for more deck jets and a pool heater...even though I live in Florida I still want one... If you are looking for great quality and a great company that installs the best and expects the best...then you need to give them a call. Thanks again Andy for all you did!
