Griffin installed our pool over 25 years ago. From the beginning, they made us feel like family. They are professional, responsive, and truly caring. They always pull through when we have a question or need a repair. We also appreciate the guidance we receive during the summer when striving to keep our pool in balance. We are truly grateful and highly recommend Griffin for pools or spas. They are simply THE BEST!

New to the area and had heard horror stories about putting in a pool. Griffin pools was recommended and we really wanted our first pool at our new house. They couldn’t have been more professional and easy to work with. Marked off the lot and prepared a plan that a very strict HOA approved. They provided all the information to the HOA even revised it a couple of times to meet their needs. They worked directly with the builder and timed the install and inspections seamlessly. 4 months in and we couldn’t be happier. Perfect size and great outdoor area. They are always available for questions. Was a great choice

We have used Griffin multiple times in the past 27 years and always been happy, this new liner is no exception. Love this new hydraliner, teal sea glass with no border. Can’t believe how fast they put it in! Only pool company we have used and the only one we recommend. Entire staff is phenomenal! Thanks so much once again Griffin pools!

Chlorine generator went out and went to purchase with Griffins. Tried to sell the Pentair Intellichlor IC40 for $1600. It retails at about $1100. This isn’t just a small mark up. The kid trying to sell it then told me to be careful with other places selling the same manufactured part. As if their parts are superior than other retailers. It’s one thing to price gauge me, it’s another to act as if I’m stupid when I decline being taken advantage. I won’t be putting another penny in that place. #Anderson 9601

Griffin pools has no concern for the area they are working in. This mud is from 4 houses away that they have not cleaned up. I spoke to the project manager about it and he flat out lied to me about cleaning it up. No pride in what they do. I would never hire them to do work.

Did a great job with my liner!

Purchased a above ground today. 18 by 34 oval. They sent a guy out for a on site evaluation which I had requested and eased my mind a bit because of some of my concerns. Nice and knowledgeable so far. Too early for a five star because nothing has happened yet but I will update as soon as it's installed. Probably a few weeks off.

Great place for the "emergency shock and algaecide" when my pool turned green ... staff are very knowledgeable.

My wife and I took a monumental step of faith in purchasing a pool for our family. There were times when I questioned if it was the right decision. There were so many things to learn in what feels like so little time. I am forever grateful for the support that we have received since our pool has been installed. Robby Assemany has been a life saver for us. Anytime that we have had an issue, he's been there to walk us through it. If he doesn't answer when we call, he always calls back within 24 hours to see what we need. It feels so good to know that you haven't been left alone after all monies have been paid I've had that happen with other companies. We look forward to many years of family enjoyment with our new pool! I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
