Dr. Austin is an excellent communicator. She asks a lot of questions in order to fully understand Primrose’s needs. She also is very detailed in explaining a diagnosis and her thoughts. She treats Primrose with respect and kindness. We always feel that Primrose is getting top notch care with Dr. Austin and her team.

I absolutely love Dr. Bethany Austin! She checks in with us when our pets are on medication to make sure it is going well. We are very thankful to them that they are affordable and offer financing through Care Credit.

This is a wonderful veterinary practice. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. They are attentive, caring, share lots of information and do house calls! These are wonderful people, a great staff who truly cares and does amazing work. I can't recommend them enough. They have treated our goats with compassion and with great knowledge and care both at our home and inside the veterinary office :

We were at Groton City Animal Hospital for an ultrasound on our Golden Retriever. Tha atmosphere was great. The staff is very professional and friendly.

Everyone at GCAH is professional and they really do care about animals and their owners. They are excited for you when you add a new pet to your family, and they cry with you when you lose a pet. They give honest advice about what’s best, not what will make them money. I trust them and I’ll never go anywhere else.

We had our first visit with our dog Dozer and could not of been any happier.  Everyone was very nice and pleasant and gave lots of great information to us.  Gave lots of love to Dozer

UPPDATE: If I could give them more stars I would!  They have been amazing since I moved back to NY in May.  I needed a vet and no one could get me in for 3 months.  They got me in in a couple of days.  They were great with my 2 older sick pets.  Helped me with their care and pain management.  When it came time for them to cross the rainbow bridge they were there.  I now have 2 new kittens and have had a few issues with them.  The staff has gone above and beyond to give them the care they need.  They are understanding in that I live an hour away and call things into the pharmacy when refills are needed.  They look into things and do research for me in order to come up with the right treatment for my fur babies.  I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS!  Very nice and friendly.  I've had a bad run with my pets health and they have been informative and give me all my options, so I can make the best decision for my babies.

Dr. Dart made a house call on a weekend to help us say goodbye to our pitbull mix, Peaches. She was so compassionate and helpful, and very understanding and patient with our profound grief. I bring all my pets here now, as they are significantly more affordable than other vets I've been to in the area, and I know they will take care of my pets like they were their own.

The Vet and staff are very friendly and handle our cats with tender care each and every time.
