At Guilford CrossFit, we offer classes in a clean, state of the art facility for our customers – adults, teens and children (Guilford CF Kids). We have 8 skilled personal trainers & smaller classes that provide a more personalized experience. Whip It has a welcoming, inviting atmosphere and you will feel right at home while training with us.
For those who aren’t familiar, CrossFit is a workout methodology based on constantly-varied high intensity movements that help everyday life. Your body never adapts to any one movement so each day’s workout reaches maximum potential and you never get bored. We offer 4 week beginner program for $199, and then monthly dues vary based upon the membership you choose. You can cancel or pause at any time.
