Johnson fitness has replaced Gym sources. I have to say the staff was amazing! I met an awesome person named Phill Doblosky. I feel like I found a friend. I enjoyed my visit. I found the equipment I was looking for. He demonstrate how the equipment worked, opened and closed. I'm currently waiting on my equipment to come in but I'm sure it won't be long. Jefferson was very helpful and knowledgeable. The item was not in the store where Jefferson was located so we traveled to another store where Scott was also extremely helpful. I would recommend this company
Absolutely love the amazing features on our new treadmill and they took away the old one! Easy, quick delivery. So happy we did not go the Costco route.
I just had my treadmill delivered. This was a fantastic experience from the moment we walked in the door to the Short Hills Gym Source store! Tom, our sales associate was very informative and helpful. We had specific needs our basement ceiling is on the low side and he really helped us find a high quality treadmill that fit our size constraints. We had some delays due to renovation issues and he always made it easy to postpone delivery, checking in and staying on top of it for us. The delivery was just as great. The guys who came were so helpful, efficient and nice! They all completely deserve the five stars! Great company and experience! Now I can’t wait to start using the treadmill!
Nigel is amazing. Absolutely the highest level of customer service, even in a pandemic, from initial phone contact on, he treats you like a good friend. No sales pitch, he just listens to you and delivers. Fair pricing, fast service, great maintenance plan, machines in stock now for immediate delivery. What are you waiting for? He got me a Zero Runner to try out with 24 hour notice...if you're an aging or injured runner, you have GOT to try this thing. I can run again! Thanks, Nigel! Bless you.
Gym Source is an excellent shop for gym equipment. We needed a treadmill and wanted a high quality one. We also have some space restrictions as well. Thomas and John were both awesome at helping us. They seemed very straight forward and informed and gave us all the information we needed quickly. I visited several other places and came back to Gym Source as I was most impressed with the lines they carry. We just had ours delivered and I LOVE MY TREADMILL! The delivery was right on time and the set up was quick and professional. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking. I am a happy runner!
Very responsive. Responded to my online inquiry very quickly with a phone call on a Sunday! They helped me pick out the best treadmill to suit my needs and space. Finally, they were able to deliver on a Saturday and very quickly assemble my treadmill. The delivery guys every wore shoe covers when they walked in the front door because it was raining. Good customer service and great attention to detail. Very happy with my purchase.
Came in looking for a treadmill and had a pleasant experience with the whole purchasing process. I gave my requirements and the folks at Gym Source were knowledgeable enough to zero in on the perfect treadmill that met my budget as well as demanding use. While they did offer me upgrade options, this was done in a very professional manner allowing me to make an informed decision, rather than the typical pressure sales tactics one experiences.
Went to Gym Source today to buy bosu balance trainer and met Stephanie. She was knowledgeable and very pleasant. She helped us with the purchase and a few other odds and ends. I love the Bosu ball. I have used them in the gym before and now I have one in my home. It is a very simple way to increase the intensity of many old school exercises like push ups and sit ups. Can’t think of a better way to get more out of a 30 minute block of time. Very intensive core workout that I can’t imagine doing without the Bosu. I’m very happy with my purchase
Thomas helped me set up a home gym and I was incredibly impressed by his helpfulness and quick responses to my emails. I had to get something backordered, and the items actually came quicker than expected. Delivery was definitely "white glove" - the workers set up the machine nicely and cleaned up after themselves. No damage to the house despite it being a relatively large item.
