My clients can be all ages and fitness levels but my sweetspot is people who have not exercised in a while and want to start up again. With my Cardiac and Physical rehabilitation background, I specialize in working with people after discharge from physical therapy and cardiac rehabilitation to keep their fitness and prevent re-injury and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
