The shop is beautiful and always clean! I appreciate the time and effort that goes into that because personally, I like knowing that sanitation issues are the last of my problems here. Rude. Chipped nails after 2 days. Supposedly gel. Was going to let that go, but I slammed my finger in the door, so went back to see if they would put an acrylic on it. I was willing to wait and pay for a whole new set of acrylics as a walk-in meaning with first available technician. Manager/owner? raised his voice at me and said, in a condescending tone, "we cannot drop everything to fix your nails." Would never go back. Super unprofessional.

I had a great experience getting a pedicure here. My mom, my sister, and I called and were all able to get appointments that day which was super convenient. The nail technicians were all very competent and professional :

The owner always knows your name. They are very accommodating with appointments. Hours are great for anyone. You can get credits to used towards future visits. Nail color selection is vast. I love this nail salon!

i went with my friend and asked for basic acrylic almond nails. she got a coffin shaped french tip, and hers turned out really well- she got a different artist. my artist was all over the place, taking phone calls while working on my nails, getting up and leaving every 10 minutes, and working scarily fast. they ended up bumpy, uneven, and more like claws than almonds. i’m not happy with them at all :Service: Acrylic nails

Had my first manicure and pedicure there. Very friendly staff and beautiful results. I will definitely return.

Had a good experiences here, but it seemed rushed. No presoak time at all, therefore I didn't feel especially pampered. I have a "regular" place I love and will return there. I got out of my rotation there due to a surgery, got to get back in. Today was fine for the quick clean-up I needed. Maybe I should be thankful they got me in?? Another way of looking at it.
