This was my first time shopping at a Kate Spade store. Marie helped me. She was friendly and efficient, but not pushy. The store is well stocked and organized. If you're looking to splurge on yourself, I recommend going here.
Just purchased a white jean jacket for my girlfriend that took care of my mom while I was on vacation. The sales rep, Susan, was awesome. She was very patient while my daughter and I tried on various sizes and gave great advise. Highly recommend the customer service at this Hilton Head location as well as the jacket I purchased for my friend. Even got one for myself!
I was looking for a black purse. They had a few nice purses. I'm not sure of the quality. Never owned a Kate Spade. The store was very well organized. The staff was helpful.
Everyone in the store was so welcoming and made sure that what I was looking for was found. So happy we returned for the new crab roll out! We will be back.
I would’ve given them a 5 but the lose of one star was because of my slight experience with them today. Normally I don’t write reviews but if I felt this way I know others do too. As someone who used to work at the same outlets for Handbag brands I understand what the job entailed for being a sales associate. I also understand it’s to help the customer and to provide any pricing etc. However today when I walked in I will say the woman who greeted me short brown hair, older woman was sweet and did tell me to let her know if I needed any help or any pricing questions and if I need help I am one to always ask for anything but the second I touched any item she was quick to give me a price so it did make me a little uncomfortable. Once I went to clearance I knew she was behind me and keeping an eye on me and I wasn’t sure if it was because I was wearing a hoodie with leggings while everyone looked more dressed or what but I know I didn’t present myself as trying to steal and always looked at the other ladies with a smile. Another point, at the checkout they have wallets and I was looking at them and she was again quick to check me out but I told her kindly with a smile that I was still looking and once I turned around to look more she talked into her walkie did a “annoyed sigh” and told whoever on the other end “she isn’t even done yet” at that point I was done. I wanted to leave, I did purchase and left saying goodbye and to have a good day to other associates but overall I hope next time I come I don’t feel rushed or that I have 6 sets of eyes on me for no reason
They have really good deals and excellent service but as soon as you give them your email address, they send you about 3 to 5 emails a day
What a lovely surprise to have Elberta assist us with our purchases. She explained all of the deals of the day and quickly calculated savings we would make on multiple purchases. She was a gem!
i just spoke to heather at this location about a novelty item they didn’t have in stock and she was an absolute delight. great customer service, i will absolutely be visiting soon!
My experience with the Bluffton store was nothing but amazing! Shadiamond went above and beyond to find a pair of shoes that I wanted that was sold out online. I'm so please with my experience.
Awesome prices tried to buy the wife what she liked but she's tight with money so with money so at least I know what to get her for Christmas
