Very clean, relaxing, beautiful nail salon. The people were so nice and welcoming from the minute we walked in. The lady ensured I was comfortable and relaxing lol - 5 stars! I will never go to any other nail salon in this area - this place is really amazing and my toes look beautiful!

Wouldn't go back. Be careful if you get a gift certificate there. They expire in three months. Crazy. Guess it's my fault for not reading the details on the card, just never thought that a gift certificate would expire within three months. My husband got it for me for mother's day and they wouldn't honor it because it expired on Aug 2nd. This is a gift card that he paid in full for. She did give me a discount on the balance, appreciate the gesture, but I expect a business to honor a gift certificate. Or at least give a year before it expires. Three months is unreasonable and they are basically just stealing money from people.Service: Pedicure

There is a lady, mid sized who pulls her hair back in a bun. VERY DISRESPECTFUL and was rude! She talked so nasty because I questioned one of the services. She asked me why I brought my kids who were sitting quietly on their iPads in which I explained because my husband is deployed! Talk about RUDE, I do not recommend this spa because customer service is important to me.Service: Acrylic nails

Rude woman? refused to fix my nails. The man was nice, then charged me $70 for a full set and a messed up coat of gel. Will never recommend or use this place.Services: Acrylic nails

Someone needs to expose 'Nailspa Expose' !!!. the review from a week ago about the lady painting nails like a third grader is absolutely accurate as you can see by my photo I took today. the lady was very rough with my hands and I left in an outrage halfway through. I think she need to be taught the proper way to paint nails as I was questioning the steps she was doing as well. the polish on my hands is suppose to be gel but it just looks like a whole mess. it was a very disturbing experience and I would actually like my money back. They also tried to charge me $50 for this.

I typically do not complain about services, but I must complain about this service. I had a full pedicure with gel polish last Sunday 7 days ago. The gel was lumpy and messy. But, I initially just chalked it up as a bad experience and decided to never return. By this Sunday, 8 of 10 toes had no polish….the polish fell of in “full sheets”. As I tried to discuss what had happened, the technician was short with me and said, “I will fix this one time for you but no more”. She was very rude. When you pay $110 $90 for the pedicure and an extra $20 for gel, you don’t expect the polish to fall off within a week; I do not think that it is unreasonable to expect the polish to stay on. I always use the gel because it last longer. Next time, I’ll return to Cuticles for my services.I will not be going back even if the polish falls off again.Service: Pedicure

Worst experience ever. LadyMaia was yelling/arguing with me over the wrong color she was painting on my nails. I chose brown color and she painted red wine color than yelled at me screaming that was the right color. I was in tears crying. She made me feel so uncomfortable and I could not wait to be done and leave. Never going back!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The services also were terrible. My nails look awful!!!!!

I just moved from San Diego, CA to Bluffton, SC. I gotta say this is the first and best nail place I've been so far. The place is super clean and neat, not crowded. The owners Mai and Peter are so friendly and so professional. They checked your temperature once you walk in, they spray hand sanitizer on your hands, they have the shields on the nail desk for mutual protection with the COVID-19 Pandemic going on. I been twice to this place and I love it, I feel comfortable and they do a terrific job on my nails and on my eyebrowns.

My tween daughter and I came here to get a gel manicure because our usual salon was closed. The gentleman working had done an average not great job on our nails although he was nice, and the next morning I had 2 nails that never fully hardened and ended up peeling off. I returned a day or two later because I’m a busy stay-at-home mom of 3 and explained to the lady at the front what happened. She was not very nice at all and kept saying things like “you need to come back earlier next time” and “you should get the dipped nails bc they last longer,” which wasn’t even the issue. She fixed the nails, but with a huge attitude. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.
