Customer service was great , but the price is a Joke; I order an Ice cream with waffle cone and told I need to pay a dollar and 50 cent just for the waffle cone. Never heard such thing, I feel it is not fair price to pay such amount  for a single waffle cone.

Very wide selection of ice cream and free samples. Servers were very friendly and fast.

I bought ice cream while shopping yesterday.  In short, good vibes and music and tasty ice cream

I walked up to the counter I see a lady sitting on a stool towards the back, and she made eye contact with me not once, but twice! I waved at her to get her attention after she looks at me a third time and she didn’t even bother to move or ask if I could be helped. She seemed like she was being lazy or maybe didn’t want to be bothered with me at all. She acted perturbed as if I had interrupted whatever she was doing on her phone. But she couldn’t stop doing whatever long enough to pay attention to a customer and for that reason, I’m very disappointed in how I got treated. She just had a very poor attitude, and didn’t even treat me with any kind of courtesy or respect.

I got food poison today from drinking a milkshake from this location. Still not feeling well. I wouldn't suggest anyone to eat at this establishment it was my first time at this location and will be my last. If I could rate it a a negative hundred I will. Furthermore do not have tops for the milkshake so it was melting all over my hand. will keep it short and simply since I am not feeling swell.

The staff were very fast and the ice cream was good

I didn’t even bother to get anything at this location. I normally love Haagen Dazs, but the customer service was so sub par that I just walked away. The guy with the beard and the braided hair was so rude and seemed like I was burdening him by being there. I asked him a few questions about the milkshake flavors and all he said was “yep” every time and didn’t even bother to look at me. I was the only person there at the time as well, so it’s not like he was pressed for time with a long line of customers. Stuff like that can drive customers away, I really hope you guys take the time to improve your employee customer service skills. I’m disappointed.

Disappointed and will not return. We drove from very far to have a milkshake and got there an HOUR before closing. The staff said they already "cleaned" all the equipment and cannot make milkshakes any more because it would take too long to clean again. This was the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard. There needs to be a change in management because this is simply unprofessional.

8:48. 12 min to close. “Can I have a Belgium Milkshake”. “We are no longer making milkshakes today”  Businesses should understand that if you close at 9, that’s when you stop offering. Not 15 min before so employees can dash out at 9. Terrible but not shocking.

The gentleman that was here on 8/28/2020 at 11:30 was not very nice. He had a disgusting attitude when i asked him for a milkshake and looked at me like i was stupid. This location used to have great service til they hired these young careless kids. I work in the mall so i know for a fact, they don’t act like this when their bosses are here.
