Helpful, friendly, easy access. Will drive to Atlanta, before having to Walk to the location in greenville mall.

The service here was amazing! It was near closing time and still very helpful and patient allowing us to shop and not feel rushed. Their bra sales are worth it. Great job ladies!

Went in today at 11 am.and was out by 11:28 am  Young lady was somewhat helpful in the beginning. Then she was a bit rushed and didn't even bring the bra I asked for.  She said It was the same and it wasn't. I wanted to buy more but left with what I had already picked out because she was already ringing everything up and bagging it. Even though I kept asking her questions  I'll just stick with shopping online.

I've been to this location 4x. 1x annoyed that associate did not allow a return bc I didn't have the credit card, all I wanted was an exchange of the items purchased, not a return. I was really turned of because I knew it wasn't true. Waited 2 weeks. 2x Totally different associate, exchange was fine, ordered new sizes, told I could pick up in store AND get 50% a regular priced item when I come in.. That's their policy when you order and pick up in store! Yes, I'm going to ride that horse until my under garment drawer is over flowing! 3x again to pick up previous order, I was supposed to receive an email when the items arrived, but I never saw one, the associates were the 2 from the first visit, I'm the only person in the store, the greeting was lack luster and they seemed to be more interested in the schedule than me. She got my package, I decided to look around to use my 50%, never did she say anything about new items, or if I was interested in something.. Nope she went straight to the front to continue their conversation and put out items. I found a sports bra but had to order, 50% off and pick up in store and another 50% when I pick up. 4x again I come in around 1:25pm, no one in the store, go to the counter, different associate greets me, I tell her I'm picking up item, she gets my name, I tell her I'm going to look for another item, other person never said a word. The associate that helped me was Malauni. She was very sweet. I hope she doesn't pick up bad habits of her co-workers. Again, I had to order my item.not mad they didn't have it because I get 50% off again. This is the longest review I've ever written. I only gave it 4 stars bc of the 50% and the 2 associates that actually did their job. The store is clean and orderly. Did not use dressing rooms so no comment. Whoever reads this from Lane Bryant get associates that first represent your brand, size wise and second, who actually WANT to be there. I loved retail, and customer service was always number one. I'm not saying fall all over customers, but atleast show some interest.

Excellent customer service! We need more people like Somalia and Kaylan. Highly recommend this location, great selection and very personable staff.

The staff was really helpful. The sales are ALWAYS worth it. I've been using Lane Bryant since I was in middle school. The service and selection has never let me down and the bras are of good quality. In not having to buy a new bra or panties every month. Love me some them. This was my 1st time at this particular location and I recieved the same level of great service that im used to. I ended up spending more than I wanted to, but I REGRET NOTHING. I was even told about upcoming sales.

Their promotions are great. I ended up spending a lot and buying all the bras I'll need till I die. But enjoyed bra shopping how often can you say that as a woman? The staff was great and helped me to find bras I never would have picked myself. It was a very good experience. I will be back, even though it is quite a drive from where I am.

I purchased several items online and when they arrived, realized they didn't fit. I decided to go to the store in order to get sized correctly before exchanging. It was the best experience! Not only was I measured correctly and new items were exchanged or re-ordered online, but I was also given a patient and thorough education on bra fitting and sizing. Kudos to both ladies working and especially Janaé

Ordered the wrong size online, went into the store to exchange for a bigger size and the item wasn't available in the store. No problem!! The manager was able to refund me somehow and repurchase the same item, right size, online AND ship it to my house for free.

The absolute worst experience I’ve had at any Lane Bryant. Walk into the store not greeted. There to complete a return/exchange. Get to the  counter, 3 women standing around behind the counter talking amongst themselves finally one looks up and says “is that a return?” Yes I reply. They commence to should I take her or you which instantaneously becomes annoying. So I get someone on the end who reeks of a condescending air as I go to complete the return that says clear as day if you don’t have a printer to print the slip just show the email which has the order number on it. Oh my gosh!! This retail associate tried to act like this was the hardest thing in the world for her to do and commenced to tell me all this stuff she couldn’t do despite me having all of the necessary items for the return. She was just on some air of “I can’t” before I even finished presenting order numbers. Once she got everything she needed, never asked once was there anything else in the store I want to exchange the item for but definitely asked the next customer an older white female customer if she wanted to exchange and gave her none of the hassle she had just given me. Needless to say I finished the return purchased a few other items but definitely won’t be returning. I’m thankful for weight loss to where I don’t have to rely on Lane Bryant anymore as many in the plus size community do. These types of customer service experiences should never be a thing especially at $35-70 a pop for a bra. Would not recommend this store nor the associate
