RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Check out time : 5pm or prior
2. Check in time: 5pm but early check in may be possible
3. NO check-ins after 9pm
4. By law, anyone under age 16 must wear a bicycle helmet
5. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am
6. Car passes MUST be visible
7. Speed limit is 5 mph
8. No washing of any vehicles
9. NO fires higher than 2 feet
10. Do NOT leave a fire unattended
11. Do NOT move the fire pits
12. Do NOT put glass, cans or trash in the fire
13. Children 8 and under must be on the campsite by 9pm
14. Teenagers must be on the campsite by 11pm
15. Vehicles must be on your campsite - 2 car limit per site
16. Do NOT block the road
17. We ask no late night excursions. Be considerate
18. We will NOT tolerate yelling, screaming or profanity
19. MUST be 21 to possess/drink alcohol; police take notice
20. Abusive use of alcohol will result in eviction/police escort
21. Campfires must be out by 12 midnight
PETS - It is a privilege to have pets in the campground ...
- Certain breeds are not allowed
- Pets should be on a short leash at ALL times
- Do NOT leave pets unattended
- Please pick up all pet droppings and place in a trash container
- Do NOT dispose of droppings in the woods or on side of campsite
- All Pets should have proper vaccination papers at check-in
- If any pet is creating a disturbance, it will be immediately evicted
- No more than one large breed dog per site
- Visitors can not bring pets into the campground
- Children 12 and under are not allowed to walk dogs
- Pets are NOT allowed in the store, rec hall, pool area or playground
Any person violating any of these rules will be evicted.
There are NO refunds or rainchecks.
A 14 day notice is required for cancelling a reservation.

All activities in the campground are done at the individual's free will and Hackmatack Campground Inc. will not be responsible for any accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of money/valuables of any kind. We reserve the right to change the rules and regulations at any time to protect the safety of all campers.
