Our experience with this vet had been the best. The staff is very caring and dedicated. May seems like there is a lot going on at the office, but it is very understandable due to the high volume of patients they see. They took care of our baby very well and were very transparent and thorough with the care plan. I highly recommend this vet to anyone in need of prompt and competent service for their pet baby.

They are super kind and understanding. I was there to help my fur baby cross the rainbow bridge. They gave me all the time I needed to say good bye and didn’t make me feel like I was taking up their time. Thank you for your kindness in my time of need

This place used to be good, fast, and affordable. They started to take too many pets in at the same time, knowing they only have one veterinarian. My appointment was for 11:30 am, it’s now 4:15 and my pet is still not ready. She was only due for one single shot.

Easy to get an appointment. Okay pricing. Office is very small. Parking lot is awful. They usually take my animal back and do not let me come. Good for what it is and it is convenient.

This msg is not about the service to the pets, is for the students who want to volunteer in this Clinic and then need a letter of reference or referral for the schools. I will let you know that in this place they will NOT give you this letter. It doesn't matter if you spent a long time volunteering and in addition they take care of your pet to be treated, without any privileges like a normal client. Even after finishing volunteering and you take your pet to be attended, everyone can remember you and asked about your academic progress in a very "Comfortable" way but at the time of requesting a letter, they no longer feel "Comfortable". It was disappointing and it affected my daughter a lot. This is why I would not like it to happen to another young. I have heard it has happened to others also in other clinics and that is why I give my alert in this matter. To our young people who are passionate about this field ask about the availability of receiving letters and/or recommendations if requested, because apparently many of these doctors, after a while, forget and say they are not "Comfortable" not to help them and it is something very unfortunate. It is not a way to support and encourage the young people to achieve your goals in this beautiful medicine field. Looks like they forgot helps the people.

I took my 5 year old basset here after I took him somewhere else and they told me he was fine and gave me some antibiotics and probiotics for him. I knew something was wrong with him. This vets office got to the bottom of it, and I finally had answers after weeks. Unfortunately my baby had lymphoma, and he passed within 2 days of us receiving a diagnosis. Despite that, the staff at Haines city pet hospital were so kind, they called me every day to check on how boomer was doing at home. Even though in the end it was devastating to lose our baby, I’m so grateful for Haines city pet hospital and how they believed me when I told them he was sick. Other vets office didn’t, they didn’t even run test!! And I could tell I was just a number. But not here. This place is amazing and affordable. Thank you, don’t ever change your kindness!

Dr is knowledgeable sweet and tender with my cat. The dentist was amazing did his surgery and my cat came out of it perfect no issues praise God thank you guys you'll be mine cats doctor forever

The staff and doctors are absolutely caring. Lily our 12 year old cat was suffering from dental disease and she was in so much pain. We took her the st Charles vet hospital Davenport and they told us, she was fine and gave us pain meds and sent Lily off. We took Lily last week to Haines City Pet Hospital and it was heaven sent. We didnt know we would find Carlos,a dental surgeon, who took one look and said Lily needed all her teeth removed. Lily had stopped eating and wouldnt stop crying. They performed surgery same day. Carlos reconstructed her whole jaw, showed us the before and after and Lily was back to eating after surgery. He was kind and compassionate and you could just tell he loves what he does. I cant complain about the prices. I paid half of what I paid for a full dental surgery at St.Charles for just meds and bloodwork. I just want to say thank you for your dedication and love for our pets. You made a huge impact. Lily is back to living her best life.

It was the best place at one time. Loved Dr Martinez, what happened to the kindness and caring.?? For years it was affordable affordable, now as a Senior it is no longer affordable . So sorry.

First visit here all staff explained all necessary shots & further care to keep Leo pest free. At 4mo old he was so good and calm, most likely because of excellent staff. TY
