Worst quality I've ever had. Ordered crushed concrete and a third of it is asphalt. Buyer beware and inspect your material before they leave.
I had an excellent experience at this landscape supply store. I purchased 1 ton of large rocks in two different trips. Nick was very nice both trips. He filled up a bucket and then loaded my car both times. I definitely wouldn’t have finished my project in one day if it weren’t for a little a lot help loading the rocks into my car. Thank you for a good experience, I will definitely be recommending your company to others.
I came to Haley Stone to purchase a large rock after a reckless driver crashed into my home. Tony was very professional, yet empathetic.  He patiently answered my gazillion questions and was very accommodating.  In fact, 3 hours after my visit I decided I needed a bigger rock and Tony promptly made the switch without issue. He also scheduled next day delivery & placement. I really appreciate the exceptional customer service Tony provided.  I'll be a repeat customer and highly recommend Tony/Haley Stone to others.
Bit of a let-down. Place is probably more geared less towards the public, and more towards landscaping companies who know precisely what they want. I emailed using their website form and received no response. So I visited in person, looking for stone pillar caps. The short response was that there was one size, anything else on long backorder. It was as if they didn’t want to waste 2 minutes talking to me. On the way out I saw other things that might’ve worked for our project, but I didn’t feel I’d get any help inside so I just left. It's not frustration with the info they shared, but it was the reception and approach. A customer-centric place would’ve at least tried to discuss the project for a few minutes and tried to see if there were alternatives or other solutions. Maybe it’s just the nature of the industry because another local source had the same sort of feedback in their Google Review.
Employee's are very personable, and VERY knowledgeable. They will take their time and make sure you are 100% satisfied. Great place to shop for all your landscaping and patio materials.
Haleys has been around for years and have been great in the past. More recently, however, they have become poorly supplied and their staff has become less than friendly to say the least. You are now expected to load your own stone in a bag but as expensive as ever. Generally, these smaller shops have better selection and even better prices than the big box stores - not the case here. They are close to where I live but there are better places to go or call for pick up / delivery with friendlier service. Sad to see them go down the drain.
Had a great “over the phone” sales experience working with Maria. She was very patient and was able to answer all of my questions. After realizing the wall block I wanted was over budget, she quickly recommended a less expensive alternative that fit the desired visual affect perfectly. I had called a couple of other landscape suppliers and big box stores that were closer to my home, however I did not get the same attention and courtesy as I experienced with Haley Stone Supply. The bricks and sand were delivered the next day and all for less than the quote from the big box stores. I will definitely recommend and revisit Haley any time.
I don't have issues with their produce but i would say they should treat their costumers with a little more respect. If you plan on returning something then make sure to have your original receipt because they make ZERO exceptions for you regardless of how much you spent. They used the owner as an excuse for their policy so if that is true then I suggest that the owner should consider changing this policy or having some electronic version of receipts so customers don't have to go through this ridiculous process.
I was helped right away. The associate was extremely knowledgeable about all of their products. She made everything simple and was so patient! I would definitely shop at this location again and again! I do hope they start to sell shirts with the company name on it...i wanted everyone's shirt! Lol
I use Haley Stone as my main supplier. Their yards are very clean and organized. They keep it well stocked which is always a bonus. Their entire staff if very knowledgeable on all aspects of the hardscape business. Great delivery service. When ever we need an odd stone or are trying to match old material, they are the best. I highly recommend both their stores.
