Done business in the past with this company and no issues. As of late whomever is working the phones is completely rude and condescending. She talks over you, they ask you 80 questions that have nothing to do with anything. A simple trim on the glass I ordered was all I needed but apparently they have to ask you 80 questions about it and talk over you? Never once said anyone did anything wrong I just needed a trim off the piece I ordered. Learn some comprehension skills guys. It’s not that serious. Oh a previously they did a completely wrong order then then tried to say I never told them it was a mirror. Also their hours of operation are not convenient for anyone that works. Spoke to the owner and they are were equally obnoxious. It’s obvious where they staff get their training. Good luck staying in business with this economy guys take your business to the Berkley glass and mirror shop.
I just had my first experience using Rochester Hills Mirror & Glass and can confidently say I will hire them again for additional mirror and glass needs. I had them install 3 4'x5' gym mirrors in my home gym and they did a good job. Ryan's the owner installation team used 4 72" black aluminum channels that I provided for both top and bottom installation, and they had no issues with that. In fact, when I discovered the first installation did not have the top channels screwed into the walls mirrors were applied using mirror adhesive, I asked Ryan to send his team back out to secure the top channel to the wall, he did so without hesitation. What really impressed me about this local company was the installers professionalism and customer service when they arrived at our home. They were courteous, polite and took the time to make sure I was happy even after coming back for the second time. I would give them 5 stars, but unfortunately, the channels do not align perfectly at the top and bottom there is a slight misalignment so the top channel sticks out past the mirror, but I'm also really attention oriented e.g. OCD so most people may not notice it. Regardless, I will be using them again for my next home project. Definitely recommend this company!
Reasonable price, fast reaction, and professional installation. Ryan just came out to take a measurement to meet my schedule the same day I called and visited their store. And I got the quote at the same day too! Compared to others, their price is more reasonable and they cared about clients. Just within one week, I got the mirror installed with 3/4” Bevel. The guys who did the installation was very professional and responsible. They cleaned the mirror too before they left.
Fantastic work and fast! We have an antique piece from the late 1880s that had the mirror break in transit. I removed the old one and had Rochester Mirror and Glass put in a new one.
We recently had our master bath redone and called several glass companies to give a us quote on shower doors. Rochester Hills Mirror and Glass staff were friendly and quick to respond. Their price was very competitive and they kept us informed through out the process. They gave us an estimated install date, and called to say they could make it earlier than expected. The day before the install, they called to give us an exact time and then called when they were enroute that morning. The shower door was installed correctly, the installers were very personable and explained how to maintain the door and glass. The door and glass look great and we were extremely happy with the whole process!
I have used Rochester Hills Mirror and Glass many many times, most recently for replacement frosted glass in some cabinet doors and new glass shelves. In the past, I bought new sliding screen doors, a shower door, and other replacement glass thanks dogs!. They always do a fantastic and fast job. Highly recommend!
The service was top notch! From beginning to end! We had went through so many other places with nothing but disappointments. Rochester mirror and Glass came in with knowledgeable and professional staff from the quote to the installation! They were quick and great to work with! Devon the installer was the most professional and polite and knowledgeable person you could ask for.
I was pleased with the quality of service from this company. Measurement for a replacement window was quick and easy. The technicians, Steve and Corey did a masterful and professional installation. My thanks to Rochester Hills Mirror & Glass for their fine service and professionalism.
Very disappointed in the quality of service.. I paid $26.50 for a piece of glass no problem with that .Was informed it will be another $20.00 to place the picture in the frame with the new glass. When I pick up the picture I was told to hold a certain way so the picture would not fall out. . The paper was not even replaced nor secured to the frame. I had done business of this type before with this company..totally different quality of work. I could have done a mush better job and saved myself some money but wanted it done professionally .would not recommended or nor will I do business with Rochester hills mirror & glass again..
I had a failed installation of my mirror by the previous owner and had big chunk of corner chipped off. So i wanted to cut off the bad corner instead of getting new mirror trying to be bit environmentally friendly. They understood my situation and fixed the mirror same day and charged a small fee. I think they forgot to asjust fees after the inflation. Also, Ryan helped me to put in the mirror back in my car. Thanks all and God bless
