Halloween City

This people at this place are incredible slow. There is no desire to help the customers. No sense of urgency whatsoever. I have been on the line for about 25-30 minutes and there’s a line of 4-5 people. This place may not stay open for a long time because it’s not willing to help the customers. Customers are the life of a business, treat them well.

I was today in party city Woodbridge. I had a bad experience with the manager because I feel more confident speaking Spanish and she’s the only who speak English she’s from Colombia I think so. Her attitude was rude and she doesn’t care the costumer I bought some balloons and the main ballon for tomorrow for My daughter’s birthday with the number 2 they inflated it a lot and it exploded at home is not fair because I know they did it with all intention. Take action in this party city.

I would give 0 start if I could, customer service here is -0 , people who work here hate their job, I suggest you should quit and work in McDonald's, maybe you'll be happier eating fries

My Autistic son had a Roblox party for his 8th birthday. Time was against me getting the decorations needed but the team made sure I was in and out in no time. Thanks to each and ever one on the party city team for helping me to make their on time. And also shout out to the manager she was awesome she made a very special request possible for me.

My daughter was working a private event, and was in desperate need of cocktail napkins. Party City came through. The prices were different at the register, probably price changes that were not done. They did honor the lower price.

Waited in line for 20 mins. Clearly there were other employees present that decided to just not open another lane.

They have a wide variety of items. It is really hard to resist all of the candy at checkout, but with the right will power, it's doable.

Not going to give a bad review. When I went there they were inundated with orders, that apparently weren't in yet, so my 42 minutes wait, only to be told they do not have the part was unfortunate yet I could understand. They did have the part sent from another location and I went back later to pick it up. It was worth it because they do have excellent prices.

I just wanted to say how AWESOME this Party City is!!! I have ordered on multiple occasions and they have come through each time!!!! They do a FANTASTIC JOB at this store!!! Thank you so much!!!

Staff was very helpful in getting items I needed for my son's Mad Hatter costume... very friendly, cashier helped me with my online discount coupon! Always a pleasure going there.
