Hamilton Dental North Clinic

Definitely one of the rudest phone calls I have ever had. Was told I couldn't be assisted with my medical emergency because their dentists were not the ones who had done the original work and I have moved here from another state. Pretty much if you have no choice to call these folks just go to the hospital this place is the definition of useles, even funny given the whole time the automated system tells you they care about people.

I wasn't able to be seen today but the CSRs' ' were so helpful and nice. They made sure they did everything they could to help me. They even gave me an excuse slip for work. Sadly those two ladies don't normally work there hopefully I will get one or both during my next visit to a Hamilton Clinic.

Eugenia is highly rude and seems to dislike her job. She almost seems lethargic at times when I come back out! Rude at first then confused and willing to help by the time I'm done. I love Dr Ranke and she does an amazing job. However, the way I am treated when I check in is another story. I finished up my care at their office this week. I will now be seeking a new dentist. No one should be treated ignorantly by an unprofessional with no customer service skills.

I chose Hamilton Community Network Dental North bc it was affordable for me without dental insurance. I have been very happy with the services I have received and the price. I've had a dental exam, cleaning, and cavity filled and I give them five stars. Very competent and professional.

I love this place. The staff is so polite and Thorough. I would recommend Hamilton North is Hamilton North to any and all friends and family wait. I got my teeth cleaned it cleaned and for the 1st time in a long time they actually felt clean.. Thank you for caring. Shout out to Anne, the hygienist, awesome just appreciate the time she takes to explain technics to better help me keep my teeth. Thank you Anne for still caring. Tricia

I've had some good dental work done here and they do good work. I gave them a 4 star rating because they are so popular that I have to wait a month for next appointment. Staff is very friendly and I like Dr Ranke to do my dental work.

The dental assistant was amazing, and the dentist did a terrific job on examine my teeth. I usually hate going to the dentist because of the pain they cause, but my dental assistant Ms. Kaylynn did a wonderful job at taking my X-ray and not hurting the inside of my jaw. I will like to thank both my dentist and her assistant

I was super nervous about getting a tooth pulled. They made me feel very comfortable. The staff was great and super friendly, the doctor was amazing, relatable, funny and took her work very seriously. I overall had the best experience there. They got me in & out within an hour today and I'm so happy with how everything went. Thankyou! For those who are on medicaid this place was a life saver

Dental North is the idea of what you’ll expect as being clean, staff- friendly, and prompt. I am very pleased and satisfied at every appointment. I strongly feel that the doctors and hygienist have my best interest at heart. I am comfortable with all the staff and they do amazing work! They are highly recommended!

This was my first visit after going to the same Dentist fir over 30 years, due to a change in my insurance and he never gave me such a thorough exam as Dr did there! From the Receptionist to the Dental Assistant to the Doctor it was a most pleasant experience!! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism…it is MUCH APPRECIATED!
