It was an awesome experience for someone who is wary of having dental work. The hygienist was gentle and friendly, the office staff was efficient and knowledgeable….especially Tina Keene. The dentist even checked me out to plan for a future procedure. If you are looking for a new dental office- look no further than Mt. Morris Dental!

My daughter has been going here for a few years an we absolutely love it. Everyone is so kind an friendly, my daughter loves going to the dentist because of how amazing they all are!

Mt. Morris family dental took very good. Cate of me today. My crown broke yesterday and they allowed time for me in the morning to see what was needed. There was a cancelation while I was there so was able to be seen at 2 and get the impressions made and a temporary crown placed while waiting from the new crown to be made. Many thanks to the dentist and her assistant.

When I first started going to this dental office Dr. Leslie Crowell-Powell was the dentist. She did a phenomenal job. She pulled nine of my top teeth to get it ready for a partial plate. This was on September 9 2021. I had to wait until 2022 because of the insurance and finances before I could afford the plate. So on 11 29 2022 I saw Dr. Powell, she filled three top teeth out of five and told me that when I came back I would be fitted for my plate. The top was finished according to Dr. Powell. When I went back to get fitted for my plate there was a new dentist if you want to call her a dentist named Noor Abballa. The reason that I make such a harsh statement is because on February 3 2022 , two months and five days after I had seen Dr. Powell 1. I was x-rayed 14 times without the lead apron / jacket. I ask the young lady "don't I need that lead thing"? To which she replied something like "no; the amount of radiation is minimal" and then proceeded to give me examples. 2. Noor Abballa comes in and immediately starts flossing my teeth followed by her grinding out the fillings that had been put in by Dr. Powell. I stopped her and ask, "what are you doing, I'm supposed to be getting a plate"? "Oh no" she exclaims; "we found some new cavities". According to the bill she filled three of the five teeth that I have remaining on top and two that she ground out and filled had previously been filled by Dr. Powell. After I got home I was horrified. The fillings looked and felt like they were done by a child. Two of the fillings would cut the floss in half when you try to floss. I called and complained and they told me to come in and they would straighten it out. I told them "No" I would find Dr. Powell. She is now the Managing Clinical Director for ASPEN DENTAL in CHESTERFIELD MICHIGAN. I could no longer get her and since this office had my records and x-rays I reluctantly called them and sat up an appointment to try and repair the teeth that they had previously messed up. A few days later I receive a certified letter from them stating that they will no longer accept me as a patient and it would be better if I found another dentist, after they had sat me up an appointment to fix the teeth that they had messed up. 3. When I received the bill Noor Abballa had charged over $600.00 to mess up my teeth. I now have Dr. Timothy Miller in Clio. He told me that he wanted to pull the teeth that she had repaired destroyed. I told him that I had so much money invested in them that I would just keep them. They did however grind out where I can now floss without it being cut in half. I would no longer recommend Mount Morris Dental to anyone! In my opinion this establishment has went from Very Professional to Incompetent!

Friendly staff, the déntist ànd assistant were véry gentle and concerned if I was having àny discomfort, the appointment took possibly an hour in total

Called for an appointment and they got me in right away!! Everyone here is so nice and friendly. I suggest them to all my friends!
