I was very impressed with the Staff, receptionist was very warm and welcoming. Jennifer was sweet and very gentle when she cleaned my teeth. It was very nice to just relax and watch HTV while having my teeth cleaned. The Dentist was very quick to come in and give me a thumbs up on my Dental exam. On check out the two ladies had big smiles and where very cheerful. I hate going to the dentist but I loved my experience at Flint River!!
Second time visiting FRD and this visit only furthered my confidence in my decision to continue on with the major dental work needed with their office! So impressed with the kindness and compassion that everyone I have met so far has given to me! I know I'm in good hands and cannot wait to see the end result when all is done. If you suffer from dental anxiety I'd 110% recommend at the very least giving this office a shot. They have put my mind and heart at ease and for that I will forever be thankful
First time visit today for myself and 2 younger daughters. Had a great experience. The Ladies at the front were super friendly, the office was clean & nice. Stephanie was my hygienist and was very pleasant and explained everything she was doing throughout the visit. Dr. Amanda was very nice. Overall great experience & would definitely recommend to others.
Best dental experience ever! Dr. Darby practice is outstanding from the super friendly receptionist and desk people, to hygienist, Stephanie, and my dentist Dr. Amy, I can't imagine a better run practice. Nicest staff, efficient, professional, and clean. Wow, I'm just blown away and can't say enough. Congrats and keep up the great work.
Highly Recommend Flint River Dental. Their staff is the best and if you hate having your teeth worked on, they make you feel comfortable with your needs. They have reasonable prices for patients with no insurance. Dr. Darby Makes accommodations with making payments on treatment that insurance doesn't cover such as periodontics which does require more visits to the dentist.
EDIT: After posting this review, I was informed that there were only four hygiene chairs and that the people entering and leaving during our visit weren't there for hygiene appointments and were there to have work done. Additionally, I was informed our appointments were somewhat sequentially scheduled and not simultaneous, but this wasn't made clear to me until after the fact. Either way, we ended up being there over 3.5 hours, but all 7 individual appointments isolated from the entire time span were a pleasant experience and everyone did their jobs well and were very nice and accommodating. Changing my review to 4 stars and retaining one for an overall experience I feel should have happened a little faster than 3.5 hours if there were truly 4 chairs dedicated to us this was scheduled months out to take our whole family at once as I was informed. To be clear, no 4 people were being seen at one time, and the time we did have 3 being seen was the final hour of the visit. Original Review: Scheduled an appointment for my family of 7. Still sitting here 2 hours after we got here while watching 10 other people walk in the door and go back. 3 kids still haven't been back and are asking when it's their turn and when they'll get to eat. The appointments that have occurred were fine and everyone was nice. Maybe just my experience, but we were expecting a bit more throughput since we scheduled 3 months out. Clearly they have the personnel since everyone with appointments later than ours still keep going back.
From the time I walked in to the time I left, the staff and doctor were warm and friendly. My hygienist was very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing throughout her cleaning procedure. Her care and concern for the health of my teeth and gums was greatly appreciated. My dentist was extremely kind and caring and worked gently and diligently to be sure everything in my mouth was well taken care of. I appreciate everyone’s care and concern that my visit was easy and enjoyable.
I have been coming to Flint River Dental for many years now, and have nothing negative to say. From the moment I enter to the time I leave, the service is exceptional. The staff is friendly and caring. The facility is immaculate and the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and pleasant.
Finding Flint River Dental so close to home is truly a blessing. The entire Flint River Dental team is AWESOM. Good vibes in that place, feels like family, they are stuck with us. I would recommend Flint River Dental to anyone who needs dental care. We are loving these compassionate, friendly, skilled professionals.
My first visit was today. Dr. Amy was so competent, kind and patient in examining me. She explained what work needs to be done and then explained it to my husband. All of the employees I met are friendly, greeted me, and smiled. I highly recommend Flint River.
