Hampton Inn Laguardia Hotel

Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is provided, and the staff is always helpful. Provided water bottles when asked, and coffee was always available in the lobby. My family had a good stay and appreciated the shuttle ride to/ from the airport and the 7 train when needed. The shuttle driver was amazing and sang the wheels on the bus for my 2 yr. old daughter. She really enjoyed that. Walkability: Bus stop is just outside the hotel.

We were in NYC for a few days and picked the Hampton Inn New York - LaGuardia Airport for our hotel, and we were happy to do so. The staff there was fantastic. Once we landed and had our luggage, we called for a pickup. The bus was there fast, and we arrived at the hotel quickly. Once there, we checked in, and the front desk staff was welcoming and answered our questions about the best way to get to NYC. The room was great. It was perfect for us. Overall, we had zero issues with the Hampton Inn New York - LaGuardia Airport and would consider returning the next time we are back in New York.

Far and away the best hotel experience I’ve had. The location is phenomenal if you want to be close to LGA. The staff went above and beyond every step of the way to ensure our comfort from check in to check out to even holding our luggage after so we could freely enjoy the city. Breakfast had a good variety of options, rooms were clean, beds were super comfortable, and again the staff. The quality of staff here cannot be overstated. This location is safe, clean, quiet, accessible, and accommodating. Nearby activities: Short walk to a pedestrian foot bridge nearby that takes you to a walking paths along Flushing Bay and to Citi Field.

We booked a few rooms. We attended a Birthday Celebration Party so we went to our rooms about 2:30 a.m. My son and his family could not open their door it was stuck. There were dissatisfactions in the other rooms. In my room there was 5 pieces of tissues in the box. No bath soap, the container was empty. The bed was noisy and creaking. Room waswith hooks on the wall and missing wall pictures, etc. I'm so glad that I always walk with my travel Lysol and my own bath towel Rooms: Needs to be updated, cleaned, new beds etc. It's simple, when you're in this type of business just do the responsible thing and fix the darn place as it should be and have the necessary conveniences e.g. bath soap, box tissues, etc.

This hotel was awesome! They provide everything you need and if you need more things turns out that you could ask housekeeping. Speaking of, the staff were awesome too. They allow to bring outdoor food. The rooms were clean and quiet. If you need extra blanket’s they will be provided if you ask. There are snacks and drinks provided outside of the room. There is also breakfast in the morning too. Overall I loved the stay .

I'm telling you the most honest review. It would've been a 5 star but the rooms had issues. I had to continuously adjust the water temperature while inside the shower for the duration of the trip. The rooms also don't have a mini-fridge inside them or a microwave, but you can find a microwave downstairs. There was 1 worker who was very helpful. Her name was Sandra. She aided us to the best of her ability and wanted the best for us.

It was a very convenient hotel. Free parking and free breakfast was a way to go on our family trip. The beds could have had a better mattress, but overall it was great. It is next to the airport, the shuttle took us to the subway, and we were able to enjoy NYC without takes our car there! We had a nice view from our room.Rooms: 4/5

Room was clean, however you can hear EVERY THING! so noisy. I could hear ppl in the hall, the ppl above, the ppl in adjacent rooms. The fact that the shuttle goes back and forth from airport was convenient but I'm not sure I'd book here again because after traveling, you want to relax and get a good sleep...I was not able to do that. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant downstairs either. You have to go to the hotel across the street if you arrive late and want something to eat, unless you want to try to get something delivered. It was drizzling the night that we arrived and it was about 6pm. We walked across to eat but we said next time, we'll just stay at that hotel. Their free breakfast was very basic and not very good either.
