Excellent family campground! Lots of things for the kids to do. The pool area is amazing! Even on rainy days they have an heated, indoor swimming area. I would definitely go back to this park.Rooms: 4/5
We absolutely LOVED our experience at Happy Hills. It was our second year in a row returning to one of the cabin rentals. The cabins were completely redone this year and absolutely beautiful. The amenities were a hit again with our 3.5 year old and the staff always go above and beyond and are always so incredibly nice. I’ve already booked for two different weeks for 2024!
This was our first time staying at Happy Hills. We actually just walked through the door, and I couldn’t wait to post a review. It was such an incredible time. My kids are 9 and 11 and had so many fun things to enjoy. Pools, splash pad, animals, golfing, crafts, biking trail, hiking trails, jumping pillows, parks…..you name it. This park has it all to keep the little ones entertained. The sites are well taken care of, and large compared to other resorts. They served a free pancake breakfast, and free crafts for the kids. My kids actually set their alarm clocks so that they could be up in time for the daily craft. It was the highlight of their stay. I really can’t say enough amazing things about this resort. I could only think of two small issues…. There is no internet service there. It’s not really the resorts fault though. They’re nicely away from major cities, so it’s pretty rural. I like to watch the weather radars when storms come, and I couldn’t see it. It freaked me out a little I hate storms! LOL. Secondly I felt horrible for the rabbits. All the animals have beautiful big habitats, except the rabbits. They’re caged up all day in a very small cage. We have rabbits at home, and they need tons of space to bounce around. Physically they need the exercise, and they get bored quick which makes them die. I’d love to see the bunnies getting out and about other than being held by little humans. It’s recommended four hours a day of exercise. Other than that, I would recommend this resort to all ages. You’ll definitely love it!! We booked next years stay already!! We’re already counting down the days :.
The best camp ground around. Very family oriented, multiple activities for the kids as well as adults. Staff are very friendly and have been going back every year. Upkeep at this camp ground is amazing and every year we go back there is something new. If you are a camper this is definitely a campground you need to visit!!Service: 5/5
Campground is extremely well maintained. Ammenities are always being improved and kept current. Famtastic activities for the kids. We. Qll it boys heaven. Staff are wonderful. Dog park is huge and always clean. Thank you, to all the guesta for the respect. There's nothing worse than cleaning someone elses dog mess so you can play. The only downside is there is horrible cell reception, which isn't their fault, but if you need to be connected to family or work, it is spotty.
We found this campground extremly uninviting. Its not a place where they except overnight campers with welcome arms. They say they are pet friendly, but actually are not. In our many years travelling the great parks and resorts in our province and throughout the eastcoast we havent seen such a disregard for their guests.Service: 1/5
Call it a “family campground” but they fine you if your family stays at your trailer even though you pay for your trailer and your lot. The owner bikes around at night creeping on peoples campsites and tries to fight campers and trailer residents. Noteworthy details: The last place I recommend to take your family
Very nice park. Nice to see the family taking care of their parents dreams.Service: 4/5
We booked a site for the weekend with my family and had a wonderful time. The park is beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. If you have children, they will flat out be exhausted by the end of your stay simply from all of the activities that are available. There is a small petting zoo, mini golf, splash pad and wading pool, climbers, bouncy pillows, sand box with Tonka trucks, and a bunch of other stuff that I probably forgot. For adults, there is also quite a bit to do including golf, swimming there is a small adult only pool and two larger pools for families. There are tractor rides all the time. The sites are beautiful, however there is a section where there is little to no tree cover which can be an issue for you. The staff are helpful, and the people that stay there are incredibly friendly. The kids are already asking when we're going back and we just left.
Very neat, clean, family oriented trailer park. NICERooms: 4/5
