Brought our 2 parakeets in to get their beaks and nails trimmed. Very pleased with the care they take with even these little birds. Nice trim done quickly and carefully. Very happy with the service. Very friendly, pleasant and efficient front office staff.

Our Siberian Husky has been under the weather so We brought him up to Happy Tails Animal Hospital... we had a great experience. When we arrived, Connor helped us and quickly took us back for an exam. Dr. Justin spent lots of time to really understand our concerns and get to know “Walker”. The Dr. had a gentle style that kept our Dog at ease, he logically addressed the issues and made suggestions for treatment... we left with a better feeling about his recovery! They were gracious to get us in for end of life last min. Waited almost 45 min in the lobby after being told to come immediately. Procedure was flawless and she was kind.

Quick and easy drop off for our visit nueter. Gave a good run down of things to expect after picking our good boy up. He's already back to being his good boy self.

I have brought multiple patients in and was a patient of Dr dolls back before he started his own Clinic. However now I'm told there is no help for my dog who is dying from cancer. All I wanted was to be able to help him pass peacefully Over the Rainbow Bridge. I understand they are stressed but to have somebody be cold-hearted to you when you were already in an emotional state is unreasonable. I hope you enjoyed the picture of them he is suffering and I am calling other clinics. You have lost a customer forever.

Moved to Duluth a few months ago and although Happy Tails is located in Superior, they've quickly become my all time favorite veterinary clinic. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they offer the best rates I've seen this side of the Iowa border. Unfortunately I've had to bring my dog in several times in the last three months due to an infection in his eye; however, I was only charged for one office visit as return visits for the same issue are covered. I can't describe my surprise when I left after a recent visit with absolutely no charge. I'll be returning tomorrow to have some of his teeth removed and I'm doing so without the worry of financial ruin as they also have the lowest cap on teeth removal I've ever heard of. If you're having trouble getting them by phone, just know they're entirely busy as they have the best, friendliest, and reasonably priced vet services in the Twin Ports area.

Dr. Dahl and the staff bent over backwards to help our puppy after an injury. Everyone was helpful and professional, they explained things thoroughly, and were accommodating. Highly recommend, will bring all our pets to them.
