Happy Valley City Hall

I and my daughter were there for a passport appoinment 3 days ago. Nobody was waiting in line, but the staff was in a hurry. I handed BOTH applications to the staff. She didn't even check it over and said she got my daughter's application only. I searched everywhere in my bag and pockets for a minute and of course she set my application aside. It was right in front of her. Well, she's human. She can make mistakes. She apologized. However, when I asked, "I just wanted to make sure that I get my citizenship certificate back?", She snapped at me, "THAT'S WHAT I JUST SAID!". I wanted to make sure because she said I will get my document back, but never mentioned about my citizenship certificate. That was only question I asked. She could have just said "yes" instead of yalling at me. It took less than 10 mins. It was quick, but she was rude.

Snobbiest people I’ve ever seen and tried to work with. They make you feel like you’re putting them out no matter what you need. Happy Valleys traffic judge loves the power! Yuck.

Got a ticket and missed court date due to covid. 0 leniency. Hard for then to show compassion. I didn't have any breathe to waste with them and paid the extra penalty. This local government is useless.

I went this morning to get a passport for my daughter. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful! I didn't have all my copies of paperwork and the staff member helping us was very patient and thorough. She was willing to continue the paperwork that she could while I waited for a document to be sent over to me. The whole process was very quick amd we were in and out in less than 20 minutes! Thank you Happy Valley staff.

Had an appointment for passports, staff was so kind to my big family. From the security guard to the picture taker and document processor, it was an excellent place to do business.

I have never felt so robbed in my entire life. paid well over $1000 worth of fines for my first speeding ticket. went to the high risk drivers course... they don't care. the staff working behind the counter are incredibly rude and disrespectful. they do not care about helping people. dishonorable judge larry blake based my fine completely off of my car and not my 12+ year clean driving record. 82nd dr and HIGHWAY 212 is a SPEED TRAP! a 5 lane highway going downhill is posted at 35 mph! and then you take a right onto jennifer AVENUE and a 2 lane road is posted at 40 MPH, over train tracks. makes absolutely no sense. the judge does not care about the circumstances he will profile, and stereotype you when giving you your sentence

Ugh.... the staff are intolerable! They are so rude and disrespectful. It’s like they get their kicks out of watching people be frustrated . They offer no help as to what will be needed for anything your trying to accomplish. We are trying to get passports renewed for our kids and it’s a taxing process on its own, but it’s even worse when you have people who know what’s necessary to get the job done but don’t offer any help whatsoever and than mock you when you ask questions to better understand what steps you need to take next. Been there three times and still haven’t gotten the renewal! Just tell me everything I need to know the first time! The hours for passports are a joke! Very dissatisfied with the poor customer service.

Got our passports and photos done here. The employees are very nice. Beautiful building and cute little shop inside.

Been trying to get a passport and everytime i come here Im told im missing this or that. Constantly having to go back and forth. And there hours are posted wrong so I get here at 8 when it says there open and am told I have an hour to wait. Horrible customer service. Get your passport elsewhere
