Stopped in here looking for a painter's respiratory mask, this was the closest location to Pasadena. I asked an associate when I entered the store and she pointed me in the right direction. The store was clean and organized. As usual, the prices were good and the variety of products was good. This location is right off Ritchie Hwy, and easily accessible.
Was in about 2 weeks ago to get a bigger floor jack and jack stands. The women working the front of the store were nothing short of amazing. They attempted to find every method via coupons or other discounts to save me more money. Well organized, stocked and efficient. This store is the example for the company unlike the store in Laurel where it's chaotic at best.
Bought a few items and decided instead of a bag ill get a bucket, cashier had already bagged 2 items, i completely forgot and left. On my return i didnt even get fully into the store and cashier apologized and was very sincere! favorite location!
Great little hardware store. Much smaller than home depot or lowes, but they've got most of the tools and stuff you'll need for most projects. They don't sell materials like lumber or anything though, mostly just tools.
Well organized and people ready to assist without 'being in your face'. Outstanding prices and I am still to loose any power tool to quality or durability issues. Continues to be my go to place for tools.
I was looking for the Gorilla Glue 18 Oz bottle best deal if you can get but it looked like they didn't have any and they never sold any because I saw no place holder on the shelf. Plus I asked one of the staff members and she only knew of the product from what was on the shelf.
Me giving Harbor freight a 3 star is the equivalent of me giving another business a 5 star. It is what it is and they are all about the same. You don’t go to HF expecting amazing customer service and high quality products. You go to HF because you need that one thing for that one task and you are not surprised if that thing breaks after the first use. This HF is no better or worse as other HFs.
Process and quality is great. Customer service was cool too, but the manager was dismissive and failed to properly quote me the right price. Not a huge issue, but a $30 difference is significant.
Always enjoy Harbor Freight visit. I buy lotsa stuff for my Boat. Fine, disposable pieces. Buy two it's a fine Kettle of fish. More stock every visit!! Muy Bueno Pisan'
Love these stores. A quick cheap way for tools and quality is not that bad.
