These folks do not care about you In prenatal! How are sonograms so backed up that just to check on your baby you have to wait a month !! I went today and it was one doctor !!!!!!!!! I’m changing hospitals
They really take care of the elderly. Please, THIS IS A CLINIC! What does that mean? It means they will give you an appointment time, and you will not be seen on time. PERIOD! End of discussion! Nada! Nope! More than likely, it will be a few hours - yes hours - before you are seen, so plan accordingly - especially if you use Acces- A- Ride. BRING BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AND DINNER! Once, we arrived at 8:30am, and were not seen until 6:16pm. If you were planning on writing your autobiography, this would be a great time to start, so bring a notebook and a couple of pens, and your phone chargers too. 99.99% of the staff are outstanding. Of course, as in life, some aren't made to work with the public, or this is just a get-by job and they don't care or they are having a bad day. Most times, if you return, that same employee is having a better day, or is gone. We've had to cancel Acces-A-Ride pick up times, SEVERAL times, so heed my warning about your times. Initially, we waited six-count them-six hours for my elderly Mom to meet her doctor. If it weren't for her, I would have left. Thank God, I brought snacks. Of course I had to cancel Access-A-Ride more than three times, so BE AWARE of this when you make appointments. Ask questions, so that you can guesstimate when you should schedule your para-transit pick up time. Also, be sure to sure to get the EXACT location as to which building you will be seen at-they have four different buildings. Recently, we were given their main address of 506, we went there, then down to the basement, just to find out that the appointment was in the building 512 next door, up on the second floor. Try managing that with an elderly person on a walker or wheelchair. SO! Ask for the EXACT ADDRESS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. WHICH BUILDING. PLEASE don't rely on the front desk at 506; they are wonderful people, but they don't know. Hopefully, this post will save you time, frustration, and hangryism
Very frustrating we actually had an appointment at 12pm and left without being seen at 4pm. They never called back to see where we went. This clinic got same administrative staff still working 20 years ago they old, tired and mean. I left this clinic 2 years ago and ain’t going back
