Tucked away in the southern end of town is New Milford’s hidden gem, Harrybrooke Park - a spacious and beautiful park bordering a rushing waterfall on the Still River.
In 1965, Frank and Elizabeth Harden left the gift of Harrybrooke Park to this community. We do not receive and town or state funding and are a private park overseen by a board of Managers. the park is able to stay open due to the 10,000+ hours of volunteer service and via our multitude of fund raisers. If you use the park, please consider joining the "Friends of Harrybrooke" to help us maintain the beauty and charm. Do only as much or as little as you can. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Mr. Harden’s promise to us all is worth keeping.
We are a 501(c)3 organization.
To preserve and protect this wonderful park for future generations.
