It's sad and unfortunate that the lady who runs this place doesn't like asian/orientals. We came there at 6:15 pm and right off she met us at the door and told us to hurry because she's closing at 7 pm and we should be out of there by then. But at 6:45 p.m., a guy walked in with a big bag of dirty clothes, and this lady didn't say the same thing to this guy and was just super nice to him. There were also a couple of caucasian ladies there who just started washing. She was definitely racially selective as to whom she would treat nicely and equally. So, if you're like me and don't want the same experience, go somewhere else.
Horrible. Cash machine doesn’t work. ATM out of order.. dDorscb No credit card. Flintstone ages. Not clean. Don’t waste your time. Go to the Grosbeck & Cass Laundromat. Blessings!
I have only been here a couple of times when I have some sort of laundry emergency, but I keep coming back because the machines are great and the facility is immaculate. I drive from Rochester to get here.
Always very clean. Employee very friendly. It's my go to for everything I can't wash at home. Highly recommend.

Great place for laundry. You can drop off and pick up if you need it done but don't have time to be there...
Very clean and Heather was amazing. Walked me through each step of the process so patiently and just a genuinely nice woman. Decent price for the amount of huge items I was able to fit in one machine. Obviously cost depends on the machine you use, but I spent roughly $15 in quarters, which isn’t terrible considering I was able to save my washer from breaking, save myself from the daunting task, and successfully wash a HUGE, thick comforter, a large quilt, AND another large, thick fleece blanket in just thirty minutes! And again, staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Great experience.
My aunt and I used this facility yesterday and had THE BEST experience. We were washing a king size comforter and several other large items and had 8 large bags to bring in. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed and asked if we needed help. Heather and her daughter were truly the epitomy of great customer service! Customer Service is Heather's number one priority and it shows! Neither my aunt, nor I, have been to a laundromat in quite some time and we weren't quite sure what to do and how much to put in the extra large machines, etc. Heather was right there to help! We will definitely used this facility again and we will check to make sure Heather is working that day! We had a great day doing a "not so fun" task because of two of them! Thanks!
