I reserved a shirt at the Hays store.. My shirt was reserved at 9:23 am.. I went to the store at 3:30 to pick up.. They couldn't find it.. I was browsing while they were looking.. Overheard an employee ask what her friend bought that day.. And yes, it was my shirt that was reserved.. I wanted it for an event. I was excited that I was going to get it in time.. You could just imagine my disappointment when I heard it was sold to her friend. it was no big deal to any of those girls to treat a customer like that.. What very poor customer service..

Purchased a cardigan that the stitching came out a bit after two wears. Wish the quality of the clothing matched the price I paid. They did however get me a shoe that was on sale that I love. Great staff!

This is now a glick store they sell conservative clothing very friendly staff I enjoyed helping do there inventory they sell a little bit of everything but they don't sell tacos and I was hungry I really wanted tacos ....
