Do you care about your loved one? Don't allow them to come here. We had more than one unpleasant experience here. There are a small handful of people there that actually care and know what they're doing and my family is grateful for them. However, there are many more that are clueless. My advice is to not take what you're told at face value because the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing...KNOW what's going on, ASK questions, and ADVOCATE.
You took great care of my father, Norman Streit. I am so grateful for that. I enjoyed working with everyone, especially Teresa the Case Manager, Alyssa the OT and Anita the PT.
Excellent care at Encompass. Have been in 5 Rehabs in past several years and they were horrendous. Encompass is superior in every way. I am especially grateful to Physical Therapists Garry and Kate, Occupational Therapist Patty for getting me independant again. Angelica and Yvette are the best in nursing and comfort to help me heal. Dietary, Julie in housekeeping and the instaff members all contributed to my recovery. Thanks to them all I am going home better than ever.
I can't say enough good things about this facility. My husband was a patient there and the staff was awsome. They addressed all his needs and our concerns. Everyone was always so helpful and accommodating. Clean facility and easy to get to off the park way. We at first was not going to choose them, due to the distance, but it was well worth the drive. When he walked out the facility we were confident we could continue his care at home due to the education and instruction s we received. The support was only a phone call away. Special thanks to Jennifer our case manager who made this journey so much easier.
Mom was treated with respect and great care. She left there stronger and confident. Wish she could have stayed a bit longer. The pt program is excellent.
My father was transferred here after being in the hospital, and I have to say it is a beautiful facility. All the staff and nurses are very kind and helpful. A pleasant change from the rehab he went to before. Thanks to encompass, they got him on his feet again and feeling good.
This place is amazing! The entire staff made us feel like family, also the facility was very clean. I would recommend Encompass Health to anyone!!
My husband was there he list both his legs , they sent him home without ant equipment. He fell out of his wheel chair 2hrs after getting home. Sent him home to unsafe conditions....they just want there $$$
BTW, our son has been with his dad everyday. I'm the wife, I enjoy being with my husband also. He has frequent visitors. The staff are not mind readers; quite helpful to patient when loved ones can request/support the patient's needs.
Have 100% confidence in this facility. They are absolutely dedicated to the best care possible for you or your loved one. They are the best in the area. Amazing staff! My Mom's case manager Diane Clayon was fantastic. The nurses , particularly Nelson and Daria were phenomenol! My sincere thsnks to them and everybody else at this facility. Well done!
